Gulf View Condo Hotel Suite on the Beach

Great location for the beach and walking distance of the restaurants and bars

This property was absolutely perfect for what our family needed. We have 2 adults and 3 children, 8, 4, and 1 years old. The condo/room was huge, very clean, and had all of the conveniences we needed to feel at home. They have K-cups in the room (they provide the coffee, dish soap, garbage bags, laundry pods). We had 2 bedrooms, and they are spaced out in case you have any light sleepers. Our unit also had 2 bathrooms, which was nice with kids (no tub FYI). It was nice to get all of our laundry washed up before heading back home, and I was able to cook dinner one night for my picky eaters. The hotel is small, and has it's own parking spaces inside the building. You only have to walk across a parking lot to get to the beach. It's a gorgeous view from our unit. The hotel has a small pool that is heated! It was chilly during our stay, so this was huge for our kids to enjoy. There is a bar on the rooftop by the pool, which is lovely. The furniture was comfortable, and the décor of the hotel is all very modern and clean. Another bonus is the quiet (in January) road this hotel is on. You can easily walk down to the tourist district with souvenir shops, restaurants, and a gorgeous view. The aquarium is right around the corner too. We drove to Publix, which is very closeby too. We will absolutely stay here again whether we have our children with us or not. They do have Pack-N-Play cribs with clean linens. Very baby friendly location and right by the beach!

Great view amazing service and amenities. Location great if you wanted to walk to resturants or pier even better beach was just steps away and not very crowded. Provided chairs umbrella floats sand toys and towels for beach such convience for the family

Theo overall stay was great. Location was amazing and great view. The sofa sleeper was the only negative. Two young adults, it was uncomfortable and noisy and got hard to sleep on by the 3rd night.

Very clean and convenient with covered parking. Excellent access to beach, restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return!

This is our 2nd stay at the Avalon and we would highly recommend it for families. The condos are spacious and have all of the amenities you would ever need. Great location on the beach and a short walk to all of the bars/restaurants, pier 60 and more attractions.

The property was fantastic. The room amenities were wonderful. Wish the descriptions told us of all the things that were furnished. It would be nice if the pool and gym had more hours earlier and later.

Everything about this property was exceptional! Highly recommend and will definitely come back to stay at The Avalon Club when we come back to Clearwater!

We had a great 3 night stay. Location was perfect. We enjoyed the pool. Staff were nice and helpful and beach access was easy. We recommend a gulf view room. Sunset every night!

Very nice accommodations and area

I absolutely loved the facility and the location! We never even moved our car. Frenchy’s is even walking distance! The condo is gorgeous and so clean! I loved that they provided beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and even toys for the kids. The gym and pool are awesome too! We will definitely stay again

The Avalon was the perfect place to stay! The management is on site 24/7. Our condo felt like a home away from home, we really appreciated the full kitchen and spacious master bedroom and bathroom. The gulf view was nice from our outdoor patio. We never had an issue finding a parking spot in the parking garage. We will absolutely be back!

Came to Clearwater for the marathon with a couple of friends. The location was perfect - walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The unit was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the beach. Front desk was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall I would highly recommend. The location was great, clean, good communication w property staff. I would recommend an update on the couch and to not have a scented condo...was a caramel sweet smell which was overpowering.

We had a relaxing stay here

The Avalon is a beautiful property located just steps from the white sands of Clearwater Beach. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities are very clean! We had post-hurricane business in the area and our stay at the Avalon made a stressful situation much easier to bear. We will definitely return for a longer visit.

Was super clean, beautiful place staff was amazing. Staff goes above to make sure you have a great stay. You won't go wrong spending your vacation there.
