Welcome to Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet 204A - Fisherman's Paradise, a comfortable one bedroom, one bathroom condo that sleeps up to four guests. This cozy retreat offers a relaxing space to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the area.

The living room features plenty of seating with two sofas that both convert into twin sofa sleepers, a flat screen TV, and access to the private balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh coastal air. The kitchen is fully equipped with everythingyou need to prepare meals during your stay.

The bedroom includes a queen size bed, views of little lagoon, and a flat screen TV for added comfort. The spa-style bathroom features beautiful tilework and a river-stone massage shower bed in a large walk-in shower.

For added convenience, the unit also includes a full size washer and dryer.

Fisherman's Paradise is a great choice for couples or small families looking for a comfortable and convenient Gulf Shores getaway.

This unit is dog-friendly and has a large, fully grassed dog walk! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. This unit allows a maximum of one dog per unit. Most beaches in the area do not allow dogs, but there is a dog-friendly beach down Fort Morgan.

COMPLEX AMENITIES
Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club offers great amenities for both relaxation and recreation. Guests can enjoy the resort style outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, gazebos, shuffleboard, and lighted tennis and pickleball courts. There are also BBQ grills and a picnic area for outdoor dining. For boating and fishing, the complex features a private boat launch, two lighted fishing piers, a fish cleaning station, and six boat slips available on a first come, first serve basis. Ample on site boat and trailer parking is available, and a one time boat fee applies for the length of your stay.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Parking is not included with the reservation. Guests will need to purchase parking passes on-site at the condominium. If bringing a boat, please note that boats over 21 feet are not permitted at this property. A trailer fee will be required and paid directly at the complex.
