We absolutely love it here. The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming. The home is pleasant and comfortable. The rental agency is very responsive in taking care of our needs when something needs to be addressed.

Everything was extremely clean and everything was in good condition. Lots of room on the balconies to sit outside and relax. It is centrally located in the keys so visiting anywhere in the keys is a reasonable drive. There is also tons of things to do in Marathon. There was some construction being done on some of the other units, but it did not interfere with any of our plans and were very respectful. If this type of thing would bother you, I would inquire about if the construction is complete. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Marathon.

Pool was wonderful, friendly neighbors. Ideal location for exploring the Keys. We did't have a boat, but enjoyed the Manatees at the dock area.

Stayed Dec 23, 2023The place was fantastic. Close to lots of amenities. We used the pool and tennis courts the whole week. Inside has all your creature comforts and is well decorated.

Step right outside the front door and the pool is just steps away. A few more steps is a fully equipped dock. We rented a boat for 4 days and was able to dock right at the house. They had thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. Will definitely be rented this place again.

Reviewer Comments: Our third year in a row vacationing in this lovely home was another wonderful experience. We found the home to be clean and organized. We really appreciated the new addition of refillable personal and home care products. The grounds are maintained well. The community is welcoming. San Pablo Church is easy walking distance and has daily mass.
