The space has an interior passage doorway connecting both units and can sleep 16 family members! With only 36 units, and 6 units per floor, you will enjoy this low density, family friendly complex.

THE SPACE: These updated adjoining condos nestled right on the beach. The living rooms are spacious and comfortablewith sliders to the balcony. The kitchens are fully stocked with both a Keurig and regular coffee makers. For dining, there is room for 6 at the tables and 4 at the kitchen bars. The master bedrooms have an ensuite full bath with a tub/shower combinations. The second bedrooms hosts the stacked washer and dryer. The third bedrooms has bunk beds for the little ones. The second baths in the hall features a tub/shower combos. There are smart TVs in the living rooms and all bedrooms. Wi-Fi and cable are complimentary!

THE PROPERTY: Gulf House has a beautiful pool with plenty of lounge chairs and tables. Charcoal grills and picnic tables are available. Off the elevator, you are located just steps from the pool or beach! Beach service is available in season. YOU ARE BEACHFRONT, so spend your day enjoying the sun and sand! A convenient outdoor shower and hose are provided. Parking is onsite and half of it is covered, so you may park in any open spot. Located near the elevator, carts are available for unloading your gear. This unit has a washer and dryer. However, a clean, credit card operated laundry center with washers and dryers is located on each floor.

*Parking passes are purchased separately, $40 per vehicle, max four (4). You will receive an email one week before your stay to register your vehicles and pay for your passes. *Must be 25 years of age to book, proof of age is required. *No-smoking in the unit or on the balcony. *No pets. *No parties. *No boats or trailers allowed. *A starter set of paper products is provided. *Beach towels are not provided.

THE AREA: You will be in the heart of Gulf Shores, conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Visit The Wharf in Orange Beach, Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley, or OWA Amusement Park. Local activities and attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA waterpark, Pensacola Naval Air Museum, and the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding and nature trails, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, golfing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise. Whatever your choice of entertainment, Gulf House is sure to be a winner with the family!
