Great location, gorgeous view, right on the beach! Room was clean and as advertised, would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay with one exception. The washer and dryer on our hall did not work. It took your money then would not work. Manager came and was able to start the washer..........then it did not spin the clothes out so they were extremely wet. Then when we tried to use the dryer the same thing happened but the desk person said only the manager had the key to help with that, so we had really wet clothes that we could do nothing about.

The condo had everything we could need right at our fingertips, it was so clean and close to everything, especially the beach! Not to mention the stunning views. We met the manager on our way out and she was very sweet!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer but there was a laundry facility close to our condo so it wasn’t a major inconvenience. There were renovations being done to the building at SunDestin that we were unaware of but thankfully not a huge problem for us but I would have liked to have known before booking. I would stay there again once renovation are complete. Overall a great vacation!

The property is a great location on a beautiful beach.

We would have really enjoyed our stay except for the noise in the unit next to us!! For 2 days in a row ther was noise coming from next store where they were taking up the old tile floor with a hammer drill and the next day grinding up the old adhesive! So both days we left our unit early and didn’t come back until later in the day!

I stayed here from May 11 to May 16, 2025. It was a solo vacation for me and this property was perfect. It was a gorgeous view from the balcony and the condo itself was very nice and clean, and very true to the listing. The communication with the property manager was wonderful. I didn't need anything during my stay but they made sure I knew exactly how to contact them if need be. Overall, I was very happy and would highly recommend this property for a solo trip, or a trip with a small group.

Everything within the condo unit was very good. But one of the amenities we were looking forward to was the outside pool and spa. They are out of service. Even the indoor whirlpool was out of service. Major construction was going on throughout the complex, so on weekdays, there were window-washing-type platforms going up and down outside our balcony, so we could not enjoy the beautiful ocean views. I know the construction was talked about, but not the pools. We probably would have made another choice.

We didn’t realize the resort was under a major renovation. We finally found where it was disclosed. We talked with a few other guests that said their description of the reno was plastered in bold black print that could not be missed. We like to go between the pool and the beach. We enjoy sitting around d the pool in the evenings to relax and play cards. There was absolutely no seating outside facing the ocean anywhere except your room deck. We were told the Reno won’t be complete until most likely 2027. Our room was very nice. Parking was great. Close to everything. View was stunningThis was our first time using verbo. Because there was nothing shouting out at us on the site regarding the Reno..I’m going to be a bit hesitant using again.

We knew there was construction going on but not to the extent it was. First morning woke up to very loud jackhammers 2 floors below our condo. It was so loud you could hear it with door closed. Trying to talk to each other was horrible. Couch smelled like mold. They only came you one roll of tp, No trash bags, etc. Never ever stay there again.

Nice and quiet place to stay. Was always kept up to date on anything going on. Excellent location to restaurants and shops.

One of my favorites in florida. Ive been to sundestin 3 times amd will be back again !

My husband and I started traveling alone last year. We Deckard now that the kids are older we deserve time to ourselves and that time always consists of the gulf, white sand, and 10 days! Everything about our stay was excellent! Very clean and pleasant. Staff was kind and always smiling! We really enjoyed our stay!

It was a nice place. We enjoyed our stay!

We booked the property because of the beach view and easy access to the beach. It proved to be just as advertised, and we caught some outstanding weather for our beach bum time. Our airline canceled our flight getting there so that cost us a day, but the only disappointment that the property had control of was that the outdoor pool was closed due to some construction going on above it on the building. It would have been nice to have know this. Thanks!
