Stayed Jun 13, 2025Jade East 1730 was perfect for us. It was very clean. The fridge was sleek and new. The washer and dryer and the dishwasher were also new or almost new. The granite countertops were a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable. The AC kept us very comfortable. We like the tall chairs in the balcony. Each of them even had a cup holder. The shower water flow was not strong but I think that’s sort of expected during a busy summer season on the 17th floor of a condo in Destin so that’s not a problem with us. They were also renovating one of the elevators so only two of the three elevators were working which was ok. The best part of our stay was the fantastic beach front and ocean view. We’ve been in Destin quite a few times and we usually pick a place like this with this view. We’ll never get tired of it. The property manager from RealJoy was excellent. He or she was quick to respond and very pleasant You won’t regret picking this unit and the manager that comes with it.

Stayed Apr 23, 2025So I booked this location and heard from the property manager(RealJoy) that this location was no longer available and offered three alternatives to stay in. I was disappointed and worried that it was a scam, it turned out it wasn’t and we selected an alternative property that was much nicer than what we saw in these pictures. Really Joy was a pleasure to deal with, super responsive and seems to be a really good property manager as the place we stayed in was spotless in a great building right on the beach.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024Great clean place. Great location. Don't bother bringing your own chairs. You have to sit multiple rows back if you don't pay for the beach service. That would be my only complaint.
