Stayed Apr 13, 2021Side note -I sent an email to the property manager with the issues and did receive a call and a $100 gift card for the issues Very disappointed with our stay in the Condo And concerned due to the lack of cleanliness especially with Covid 19 Sand on floors and sheets - changed sheets right away Outlet in bathroom and hallway only worked sometimes Bunk bed mattress uncomfortable about 2 inches thick with a piece of board underneath .. definitely not made for an adult The view of the ocean from the balcony.. priceless Cute/decorated condo

Stayed Oct 5, 2025This is our 4th time at Pelican Beach but our first in 10 years. Some things we love about it: the pools, the gas grills, the location. Some things we like less now than we did before: the cost of beach chair rentals (used to be 25/day, now it’s 45-55/day). The smokers—you can’t sit on the balcony at all without the stench of cigarette smoke. It’s gross. The elevators. It was packed at the resort, and they only had two of the 4 elevators working. If you are staying at floor 4 and lower, get used to stairs. The unit itself was ok except:—Drain in master tub was clogged, meaning after a shower you were in 3 inches of your own dirt water.—Extra blankets would be nice—Small table out back would help, just 4 cheap chair—no grilling equipment, no tongs or spatulas (just a plastic one)—Better pans, the two provided are pretty cruddy and clearly very old. —No room in guestbook, it’s full (so what’s the point?)—No games or anything

Stayed Mar 24, 2025Our family had a great spring break trip in Destin on the beach. One thing we wished we knew ahead of time, in order to enjoy the beach you need to rent chairs otherwise there is a very limited area to hang out and people reserve these days to months in advance. Our condo smelled clean when we got there. We did find floss threaders under the bed and dirty clothes next to the wall of the bunk beds otherwise we were happy with everything else.

Stayed Aug 16, 2024We had an amazing stay! Walking into the room and seeing the beach view was everything we wanted and so much more. It was kid friendly and our kids loved the bunk beds. They had a great supply of towels which was great. The bedding was comfortable as well. Overall we had such a great stay. Would definitely be back

Stayed May 26, 2024Overall the clean place despite there was a dirty towel folded in with clean towels… We did notice there was big traps, the 2nd night we did see a roach.

Stayed May 20, 2024Overall the location of our room couldn’t have been better ! The view was amazing, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The room itself could’ve been better . Not very clean , seen two roaches . One of the showers was not even worth using . The water pressure was so bad.

Stayed Apr 27, 2024Enjoyed how close the beach was to the property. The tiki bar was great and close to the beach as well. Many great restaurants in the area. We plan on coming back.
