Stayed Oct 28, 2025We had a very enjoyable time. The room temperature was perfect. Everything was very clean. There were a lot of renovations going on in the complex, but that did not lessen our experience at all. The indoor pool was under renovations, but we knew that ahead of time from the owner.

Stayed Aug 17, 2025The condo is very outdated, owners have not invested in any furniture since long ago. Things look to be put together from a yard sale. We found what looks like mold on the mattress of the pull out couch as well as the bathroom ceiling where they tried to cover it with paint. Trash cans were dirty on the bottom. There is no washer or dryer and charge is 3 per load (small outdated washer) on the end of the hall way so expect to wash clothes when you get home. Building is under construction and drilling starts at 9am sharp. Will not be staying here again and I do not recommend not even for short stays.

Stayed Aug 10, 2025Great view and good condo. Overall, we had a great time and the condo was clean and the bed was really comfortable and the AC worked great! Pros:Great view, comfortable bed, clean condo, starter pack for kitchen and bathrooms, we liked the tables on the balcony, thick curtains to keep the heat out, and great AC.Cons:No hair dryer, no beach service (45 a day for beach service), the seats on the patio were uncomfortable and we had to get camp chairs so we could sit back and enjoy coffee or a beverage. Very few pots and pans (4 total including a skillet). The ceiling fan in the bedroom does not work and the toilet in the main bathroom is wobbly and the sink drains really slow. The TV cable is a puzzle to figure out, even with directions, we had the most difficult time trying to navigate to find anything other than news to watch. For a rating, I would say 7 out of 10. It was a good stay and we really enjoyed our time in Destin. There are absolutely NO extras in this condo and I get that it is a liability thing, but we have stayed in condos all over FL, TX and AL that had some extras like coffee filters, hair dryers, beach chairs, coolers and such, but it was not here. Even with construction going on, we didn't hear it and would probably stay at this resort again, but find a more accommodating condo, especially since we flew in and couldn't bring a bunch of stuff.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Location was great. Outdoor pool was ok. Only 1 hot tub for a huge unit, so always crowded and never got in. Indoor pool was pretty small. It is an older building and unit. Renovations happening by elevators and big piece of plywood was the only thing keeping you from the outside, which was a bit unnerving. Several small inconveniences like no washer or dryer in the unit and the one on the floor didn’t work well. Paid 2.50 for the dryer-45 mins and a half load didn’t dry. No coffee filters or hair dryer. Something was up with one of the elevators. No check in or check out email or info. I always had to reach out. Don’t plan to be back.

Stayed Dec 31, 196912th floor view of the beautiful Emerald Beach. Unit had all utensils but missing a few pans in order to cook. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pools. We had a great time! Would rate a 8/10.

Stayed May 31, 2021Pillows should be replaced. Electrical problem with bottom bunk bed, needs repaired. But the amenities were Great!
