My only recommendation would be to add instructions on how to work the television. It is a very nice unit for small travel groups as it only has one designated bedroom.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was updated magnificently. The bathroom was as well, limited only by the original walls making it smaller than modern designs. Our party also had a 2 bedroom unit, but the 1 bedroom unit felt bigger. Higher floor units closer to the ocean have the best views but also the most stairs and/or steps (which is fine for adding steps to your health tracker. The beach chair/umbrella service spoils you wonderfully. All in our group of 9 loved all the facility had to offer.

Love the view from the balcony. Loves having the beach service included, although you do need to be down early for beach service. Nice having the gated parking. Enjoyed our stay!
