Incredibly close to the beach, wonderful view, and comfy/home away from home!

More storage in main level bathroom would be helpful for those staying in the main level bedroom. The bathroom vanity below took up all the storage space with the towels. Liked how nice and bright the living area was with the side window. Pool/hot tub area was super clean.

Very uncomfortable as the mattress had a huge lump in the center of it The mattress needs to be replaced. It would have been nice to be able to use the dresser in the downstairs bedroom as 1 drawer had sand in it and another drawer had a faulty drawer that fell off when you opened it. Only 2 hangers in the closet downstairs. Need more hangers. A ceiling fan downstairs in the bedroom would have been nice. This is our third year staying at your facility and this is the first time we’ve had any complaints. The outside deck on the first floor should have had 4 chairs and there were only 3 tall chairs and a small chair. Very uncomfortable for 4 people. One of the beach chairs in your closet was broken and I fell over at the beach from the broken chair. We were in unit 201 and will never stay in that unit again.

Especially considering most of our time was spent on the beach and/or pool. Since we flew it was so handy that we could get delivery from Walmart and restaurants, and Uber rides too.

You can expect an older building with clean units, all have different ages of finishes. The property is great, pool and hot tub are nice and the included beach chairs and beach at your back door cannot be beat! We have stayed in a different unit every year. Unfortunately this unit 208 is in need of some much needed updates and better furniture. The bed mattresses are worn out, the kitchen table chairs had crooked legs that are ready to collapse and the coffee table as well is unstable. The bathrooms seem original and dated. Last there was some mold on the bedroom ceiling. We still had a nice stay, but I'd avoid this unit if you have a choice. We will still be back next year! The goods outweighed the bads on this trip and the unit was very clean despite it's issues.

Clean, roomy and everything we needed was there.

It was a fantastic stay with a fantastic view from the second story living room and third story bedroom. We loved the Hot tub and the Heated swimming pool. Access to the beach was just steps away. We appreciated the availability of the beach umbrella and chairs. The house was well supplied with cooking utensils, necessities and towels. It was a great location to restaurants too. We loved it.
