The location is perfect.

We loved this condo and location. The host is amazing. The views unparalleled. Very clean and comfortable condo with extra nice upgrades, like a very comfy mattress and bidet in the master bath. Gorgeous sunsets every night, viewed right from the balcony. Simply perfect in every way! Will stay again!

Our condo was great. It had everything that was needed.We rented two units for our family to be close together. It was perfect. The views were great. The owner was so helpful with instructions on the condo and places to dine. A really relaxing week.

I felt like I was literally at the beach all the time. Ocean views from every room! Could hear the waves from inside. The porch was like you were sitting right at the ocean. Couldn’t stay closer unless literally IN the ocean, lol. The place was very clean, full kitchen with everything you need. Plenty of comfy seating in living room. Beds very comfortable and I have a bad back so very picky about beds. Alison was super helpful and always quick to respond. Would highly recommend and have already booked a return trip!

We had the most amazing stay at this beachfront gem! The location is unbeatable - steps from the sand! We really enjoyed watching the sunsets and strolling on the beach looking for shells and fishing. The location is very convenient to the local fresh seafood market, trading post and bait shop. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a really relaxing stay. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and there are plenty of beach essentials. But the house is so close, you really don’t even need a beach bag! Overall, we loved the condo and can’t wait to go back!

Great time renewing old friendship

This place is absolutely wonderful. I have rented many houses, cabins, etc and this place is one of the best. The furniture and beds are actually super comfortable, the kitchen is stocked so well (including good quality, sharp knives!), and the deck chairs are so cozy. And complete honesty...I was hesitant to rent a condo. I own a loud, busy business and like to have peace and quiet on vacation, but this building only has four units, and everyone was respectful and quiet. I highly recommend this place!

we had a wonderful time in Cape San Blas! The property was beautiful. It was very convenient being 7 months pregnant with an almost 2 year old. The king size bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve had away from home! Kitchen was fully stocked! The owner was very informative and responsive! Will definitely be returning!
