Gulf-front gem with pool, hot tub, beach access, balcony & panoramic view

We LOVED this condo. It was so well designed and decorated. Just staying in this condo added so much enjoyment to our vacation. We really loved the bathrooms and showers. And the view was amazing. The clear panels on the balcony allowed a great view of the gulf weather sitting or standing. And we spent hours in the rockers enjoying the view.

Our family really enjoyed Destin for the first time! The condo was clean and very beautiful. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen supplies, stainless steel pots/pans, and keurig. The beach closet was a great surprise! The third party beach chairs/umbrellas were a bit of a surprise with how much beach real estate was taken up. This appears to be common in Destin, but we never experienced something like this. This is a non-smoking property, which we really appreciated. However, when sitting on the balcony, we often smelled smoke from another unit(s). Overall, we loved the unit, the white sandy beaches and beautiful colors of the water as well as seeing dolphins each morning! Thank you for sharing this property!

This is our 4th stay in the Destin area and this condo was by far the nicest we've stayed in. Beautifully remodeled and decorated. The location was great as we were able to walk to shops, restaurant, and the arcade across the street. I will note that beach chair service is not included with this room. If we return for a 5th visit, we'd certainly consider staying here again!

This was one of the best beach vacations we have had. It was super nice and clean. The location was perfect!

This condo was perfect for our family of five. It was in a great location. I love that we could walk out to the beach without having to cross any busy roads. It was fully furnished with beautiful new upgrades throughout the condo. I highly recommend Sterling Sands 710. I know that we will stay there again.

This condo has such intuitive upgrades…. So accommodating and nice. The color scheme and design fed right into the gorgeous view out to the gulf. Everything one could want for a pampering getaway. Watched dolphins every morning from our balcony!

Unhappy with communication prior to our stay. Took someone days to get back with vague answers. Condo had very used pots in kitchen. Furniture on balcony falling apart! Also, it wasn’t disclosed we had to pay for each person a resort fee and we had to rent umbrella as we couldn’t use our own on the beach! Condo did have nice view and layout was good. Wouldn’t rent from this company again.

My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the view is great and it had all the basics that we needed.
