Gulf-Front Destin Condo, Infinity Pool, Fitness Center, 310 Ft Private Beach

The condo was beautiful and we loved that it was a corner unit with all the extra windows! It was well-equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable. We had a great stay but had an issue with the floors and have some recommendations. #1 - It seemed like the floors had been vacuumed but not mopped at all. We had a crawling baby and her knees and hands were extremely dirty after she crawled. And our feet were almost black if we went barefoot, which we often do when we are staying at the beach.#2 - Don’t include bike rentals as part of the rental fee since you can’t ride on the beach and many people cannot ride bikes because of age, small children, etc. #3 - The reservation included only one daily beach setup—2 chairs and 1 umbrella—which was not adequate for a party of 8, which meant more expense for us. RATHER, don’t include bike rentals in the rental price and use those funds to include AT LEAST TWO MORE daily beach set-ups. Since the unit sleeps 11 and is priced accordingly, this change would make it a much more positive experience for your guests.

Location is absolutely perfect! House is comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Complex is very clean and amenities are nice

Condo was very clean. Location great. Would recommend they make a ramp all the way to beach for wagons full of beach supplies. This is difficult to manage on stairs, especially going up.

This is an excellent property. It boasts a spacious well designed layout, is well taken care of and is beautifully decorated. Its high quality appliances, fixtures and furniture are greatly appreciated and ensures you feel comfortable and right at home. The ocean views from the balcony are amazing and the private beach access is as good as it gets. Our family is already looking to book again!!!

This is an absolutely amazing 4 bedroom luxury condo on the beach with a fantastic balcony that provides an unobstructed view of the gulf. The property is well-kept, has a fully-stocked, commercial-grade kitchen, and is furnished with top-of-the-line furniture/bedding. We had two families of four for a five-night stay, and we enjoyed it from begginning to end. Beach access is easy, the chairs and umbrella are inlcuded, and the pool is on the way to the beach. There are three natural gas grills on the property that make grilling dinner a pleasure. The grocery store is less than a mile away. The property is very family friendly, and the place is quiet.This is truly a gem in the Destin condo short-term rental landscape.

Wonderful condo. Beds were comfortable, appliances were high end and worked well, layout was great. The condo was close to grocery stores and restaurants. The complex was clean and the pool was nice and warm. The only thing I wish was different was the bunk room did not have a door…a pocket door would have been nice here. Overall…5 star beach condo! 360Blue is the management company and they are always good to work with.

It was well decorated, kitchen was well supplied with everything we would need. Beds were very comfortable. We hope to return next year!

The condo is decorated beautifully and the location is great! The unit comfortably accommodated my family of 11! The boys loved the bunk room… which is truly a bonus! The main bedroom suite is very nice… all the rooms were! There were a couple of things that could be improved upon. 1) We were not notified that the gate code changed. That would have been helpful. 2) Cleanliness… the master shower door bottom needed a deeper cleaning, shower curtain in one bedroom needed replacing. I’m a very picky person. The condo is beautiful and luxurious and I would have rated it a 5 if little details mentioned had been taken care of. I would stay again for sure.

Pros: Well maintained facility Beautiful beach, nice pool, family friendly. Very comfortable condo with an amazing kitchen and very well stocked. High end appliances. Comfortable bedding and nice bathrooms Cons: Prior to our stay I attempted, on three different occasions, to contact 360Blue. I left messages but my calls were never returned. On arrival we noticed the condo floors were extremely dirty (our 11 m.o. grandson’s knees and feet were black after crawling for just a few minutes.) And we had a problem with a fan in one bedroom. On a positive note, both of these issues were addressed quickly by two very pleasant employees. Bunk bedroom would work better if it had a door, as it is open to the kitchen and living room area.
