Gulf Front Condo with Stunning View and Resort Amenities

Book this place! Great location, great property!

The beaches were fantastic! Loved having multiple pools to visit when we needed a break from the ocean. The umbrella service was so nice. It was great to have everything set up when we got to the beach.

We liked the condo, great location in the heart of everything in Destin. Loved the pools, tiki bar, cafe onsite & security! Took advantage of the water park across the street. The cons: 2-3 elevators were down most of our stay. This created long wait times for the elevator. We had to take the stairs down or up 17 floors several times during our week stay. We had a good attitude about it. However, I suggested this place to 5 other families & they didn’t. It made the experience very poor for my older parents. We rented beach chairs weeks in advance but were still 2-3 rows back. I wish I had been given communication to do this sooner & I would have.

The property was as described, clean with a nice view. We liked the restrictions on the beach, it made for much better beach experience without large tents blocking the view.

It was great! Fun, relaxing and enjoyable! The beach, tiki bar, restaurants, shops, crab island, harbor walk and deep sea fishing!

I'm not looking to post this review but want to mention the 5 rows of rental beach chairs is terrible. It's bad enough you can't sit at the water's edge with your chair but have to sit behind the rentals, but when it's five rows deep it's pointless to even try to go to that beach. Looking to both sides of us there no other condo had five rows deep of chairs. I didn't know in enough advance to rent one so we went to Henderson beach State Park to be able to enjoy the beach. 1-2 rows is sufficient as the other condos had. Five rows is excessive and ridiculous.

The sand is cool in the hot sun, there are a variety of nice pools for kids and adults, it's right on the ocean, and the room is great. It'd be nice if some more basics were provided and the screen door didn't work particularly well, but there weren't any significant issues. The company was also very responsive when we contacted them.

My family and I really enjoyed this place. Great location. The place was clean and worked well for my family of 4. Definitely bring extra toilet paper and laundry pods and paper towels. They dont give extra of anything. Also would love if they had cleaning supplies like a broom. It’s hard not to bring sand back to the place and I would have like to sweep up. Other then that it was nice and quiet and had great amenities, would stay there again

So relaxing and the beach was fabulous! We loved the tiki bar and the fact you had a waitress on the beach. We also appreciated the safety your staff took to keep us safe when the winds got so strong. Would definitiely come to the Pelican Beach Resort again!
