This waterfront haven comes complete with dockage, and a heated pool.  Located within a quiet, well-maintained condo community beside Vaca Cut channel this ideal location offers both easy & immediate Ocean and Gulf of Mexico access.  . This lovely condo lives like a single family with 2 levels of living and 2 private wrap-around balconies. The open floor plan maximizes its space and views boasting a granite kitchen with sizable island, in unit laundry and a convenient half bath on the main level. Upstairs offers a bird's eye view of paradise from the master bedroom complete with a private balcony and ensuite bath.  Another spacious bedroom and bath can be found on this level.  There is designated covered parking for 2 vehicles.  Although there is no cable TV, the home is equipped with smart TVs throughout. You will need to use your own streaming services.



**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CONDO ASSOCIATION REQUIRES THAT ALL BBQ-ING MUST BE DONE AT LEAST 10ft AWAY FROM THE BUILDING. In other words, please do not grill underneath the carport area under no circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.***



Dockage is first come, first serve. We can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size (30ft.)



There is 59 linear feet from beginning to end of covered parking under the building for boat trailers and vehicles. If over 59' you will need to make arrangements for offsite trailer parking prior to arrival. Please call the neighboring church at 305-407-0149 for details.**

    Everything was exactly as described, we were very pleased with the accommodation. Two levels of deck overlooking the ocean with multiple options for seating made for some great relaxation. Beds were quite comfortable. the starter pack for basic goods was most generous, we had everything we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood, and lots to explore in the area.

    The condo was great, lots of windows, comfortable furniture and a well-stocked kitchen area (implements, not condiments). The view was amazing out to the Gulf and down the cut. We definitely plan on coming back.

    Thoroughly enjoyed wakingvup to the beautiful view. Property was landscaped so perfectly that it was very private. Condo was very clean and decorated beautifully and beachy. Just wish there had been beach chairs to take to the locsl beaches and Instructions to operate the smart thermostat. Was freezing inside when we arrived. Would highly recommend

    The entire time we were there the place was under construction, unit was being scape of old paint, then our unit was painted. This went on prior to 9am till 5 pm and after. We are sitting in our living room have 3 men who were painting looking in on us. Then the rental car was spayed with paint which the painter came with a power washer and cleaned off. If we new they were under renovation we would have stayed elsewhere

    Property is exactly as pictured. Beautiful views. The ice machine was a great plus. Only negative is directions could have been a little clearer. We arrived at night and spent 15 minutes driving around looking for our unit.
