Gulf-Front Cape San Blas Condo | Balcony, Pool & Beach Access

The location and patio was excellent.

I would have given this 5 stars but the wi-fi worked sporadically when we first arrived and stopped working totally by the end of our stay. We reported the issue but they didn’t fix it while we were there. But the location and view are both excellent!!

Beautiful ocean view and most days only a couple of other families on the beach.Our meals were wonderful and ended the week with a meal on the bay at The White MarlinWill definitely visit again!

If you don’t like crowds on the beach, this is the place to go. If you like nature, this is the place to go. Saw a bobcat on the boardwalk. The woods next to the condo was full of wildlife. Usually just four or five families on the beach. No crowds and no shenanigans. The condo was wonderful for our family of six adults, excuse me, seven adults and two kids. The only negative was the elevator, which was glitchy, but who cares. I took the stairs and it was good exercise I would definitely return.

The unit was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed, including high chair and play toys for children. Quiet location - we felt like we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. There were double red flags for our entire stay, but it didn't prevent some good beach time and walks on the beach. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

My wife and I were able to enjoy this great property and the Forgotten Coast for a long weekend. We love the area, and the property was very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed the quietness of the area, while still being in close proximity to shops and restaurants. We had a great stay and can’t wait to come back.

The elevator was not working properly for part of our stay, it made it difficult loading our belongings for departure. Fortunately we could manage the stairs but we are not sure if we would have booked knowing the elevator did not work properly. A party who appeared to be an owner or long term resident told us the elevator has been a long ongoing problem.

10/10 Lovely place! Spacious! Very clean and well stocked with all your needs. Home away from home! The view is spectacular!! Great pool area with a grill. Host very attentive to any needs. Oh, and the view!! Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at your property. The accommodation was very nice and well kept. We had enough room for 2 adults and 5 children. Property was exactly as advertised. Thank you for providing such a beautiful property for our vacation.

This place was great for our young family. The property was not huge—just a few buildings—so it was easy to get around and we were able to park close to the elevator. The pool was right to the building, and the beach was just a short walk down the boardwalk. The beach was clean and we loved that there were practically no waves, making it much safer than most beaches. It would be helpful if the room had a pack n’ play and maybe some beach equipment, but otherwise, we have no complaints!

We were very impressed with the house (much larger than we anticipated) and plenty of space for our family (2 adults, 4 teens, and a 7 year old). Very clean, beautiful ocean views, quick walk up to the beach which was very private (just a few others on the beach each time we went). We also enjoyed the pool area. Wonderful trip overall!

Great location, super clean, quiet, and not busy. Perfect place if you want quiet, clean, and laid back. Quick communication from host. Will definitely stay here again.
