Great trip. Our first time in Destin in a long time. Everything was perfect!

Everything was simple from the keyless entry to relaxing on the picture perfect balcony. Rooms were spacious and a small walk to the beach. We never had any issue except do not bring your pop up tents or umbrellas they will not be accepted by the people running the beach chair service. That was very disappointing since you only get two chairs and one umbrella with your stay. So either you rent more umbrellas and chairs or you sizzle and burn out on the beach. So bring extra money for your guests. The condo was perfect!

2 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 younger children stayed here and everyone was happy! It is spacious enough that we have enough room to spread out, it is decorated very well and the view is phenomenal! Access to the pool, beach and gym was very convenient and fast. We really enjoyed our stay and was very pleased with everything.

We had a nice visit here. Two small complaints of the fridge not making ice and several wall outlets didn’t work or the plug would fall straight out of the wall. Overall, nice experience. (Just FYI, I did try and call the manager’s line over the weekend but never got an answer).

If you open the patio door you can hear the waves of the ocean lapping on the shore and the seagulls in the distance. You are far enough away from the pool area so the noise does not affect your stay and there was usually people in the pool because its amazing. I didnt think I would be in there as much as we were but it is clean, inviting, and steps from the ocean as well. This property had plenty of room for me and my family of six. Plenty of towels. The only complaint I have is the kitchenware is extremely basic. It was difficult to say the least to cook meals. There are very few pots and pans, basic things you need to cook. We got tired of eating out but it was almost like camping trying to find skillets, pots, and pans to accommodate cooking for a large family. But the location of this property makes up for it. Pillows are a bit hard, bed was very soft. It was so nice to have chairs and an umbrella set up every day and an equipment rental right on the beach. Thank you!

Location was primarily centered in Destin. Plenty of places to eat. Newman-Dailey did a great job as a the property management in quick response and being very friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. My only regret was once again using VRBO and over spending $ in “service” fees . Can’t even get them on the phone. They’ve sent me a dozen emails now saying they’ve refunded an old insurance fee and they haven’t. My only suggestion would be to skip third party reservation and reach out directly to property management. Save yourself phantom fees!
