Gulf Front 2BR/2BA Ocean House II Unit 2303 on 3rd Floor

Great location, 3rd floor can see beach and ocean from balcony, pool down stairs and direct beach access.

The view was fantastic!! Condo was very nice!!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean House II. Beautiful view and outdoor balcony was roomy. BUT there were some complaints: the very filthy ceiling fan in the extra bedroom loaded with dust, black mold on ceiling in bedrooms and bathrooms. Bathroom rug really needed a washing. We let the cleaning lady know about the ceiling fan. She said she would take care of it. Floors were clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall it was a nice stay!

It was a mother daughters trip. Celebrating our moms 84th birthday! Had a wonderful time! Condo was clean and served us well. The pool was excellent zero entry which was important for our mother.

This was a gorgeous condo.

Everything was so nice. Very close to the beach. Room was perfect for our family. The only single thing that would have been great was a smart tv in at least the living room. I did not realize there were no smart tv if I had known could have brought the roku with us. Maybe this will help anyone else planning to stay in this unit. Everything else was spot on. Beautiful pool!

I have stayed in this condo before, and I love the location. the ceiling fans were quite dusty and there were human hair clumps on the floor in a couple of places

This property is gorgeous and even better than we expected. The balcony alone is worth every penny. The onsite management people are wonderful and very accommodating. We will cherish our time spent in this beautiful place.

Our stay was wonderful! Condo was very clean and quiet. The pool area was very crowded with families and the elevator did break down 2 x in one day. Overall, we loved Ocean House II and will stay there again!

Upon arrival we were not satisfied due to our 13 month old filthy from crawling on the floor the first 20 minutes while unloading cart. I contacted and sent photos. They were quick to respond to resend the cleaning crew. Great location and easy instructions for arrival / leaving. Would definitely stay here again with the good communication.

Great view and access to the beach. Close to everything you would need. Helpful staff. Friendly owners of other units.

The view was amazing, the condo so cute and very clean!

The pictures of the condo we booked were very accurate! It was clean, furniture was nice and the beds were comfortable. We were very comfortable there and the beach and gulf view from the balcony was beautiful. Just a short walk to the sand and water. Hopefully we’ll get to come next year!

I have stayed in other units @ Ocean House-this is the best so far.

Great views, easy access to beach and condo was soundproof. Only thing missing was a toaster and a 9x13 inch pan which we purchased so no problem. Already booked for next year!

Beautiful condo, close to everything. I've been visiting Gulf Shores since 2010 and this condo did not disappoint!

We thoroughly enjoyed our condo, the view was magnificent and the location perfect!

Only suggestion is cleaner bathroom. The rug was dirty and drain had a hair ball, and since it backed up during the shower, that was gross

Nice location on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The condo was nice and clean, but we did have one issue. After ONE person took a shower, there was no more hot water. The other four people staying in the condo had to take cold showers. This may not bother some, but a few of us are not fans of cold showers. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
