Stayed Mar 22, 2025My wife and I, along with my parents, enjoyed a week over spring break at Jim and Pam's condo at Breakers East. From the start, communication with Jim was perfect. I can't say enough about him being an attentive host! He and Pam truly made us feel like we were home—with a much better view! The condo was stunning. Ample space, and the scenery was ideal. It is positioned just high enough that you have beautiful wide open beach views, but low enough to enjoy the laughter from the pool and smells from the barbecue! With Jim's condo being located as an end unit, you also enjoy a couple of side windows, which just adds to the big, airy ocean feel! Everything was clean, peaceful, and built for relaxation!The beach was right past the pools and through the gate. We spent a lot of time walking the beaches, and the proximity this place has to the water is top tier! There is a wonderful beach service that sets up seating every morning. Plenty of people around and walking by, but nothing like some of the buildings that have ten-plus rows of chairs and you struggle for your own space. Breakers East takes care of their beach area. The beach and water are like none other. We saw dolphins almost every day of our stay!We dined out most nights. The amount of nearby options can not be beaten! If you wish to eat in, the condo has a stocked kitchen that works great for easy lunches.It was such a positive and memorable trip! Thank you both! We pray we can return one day!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024We enjoyed Thanksgiving holidays (Nov 27-Dec 1) in Destin, FL. Jim is an excellent host and attentive to our needs. He was very easy to contact if needed. The condo was very clean and in a perfect location. The beach is beautiful and we saw dolphins from the balcony. I 100% recommend and hope to return soon.

Stayed May 18, 2024We had a great vacation at Breakers East! The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and had everything we needed plus so much more! The pool was very clean and we enjoyed having the beach chairs. The owner was easy to contact and very helpful. This is definitely a condo we would consider coming back to again! I highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed!
