Reviewer Comments: When we got there we found out that you can’t use the beach unless you pay for their chairs and umbrellas which cost 55 bucks per day, we had three if us so that would have cost us more than a hundred dollars per day. We ended up going to a different beach the whole time we were there. We only had two rolls of single ply toilet paper to last 4 days, with two women that is impossible. The dryer was broken so we couldn’t use it. The mattress in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a box spring. The chair on the balcony was falling apart. The plus was parking was pretty good and the air conditioning worked great. The view was really awesome , just couldn’t enjoy the beach there. A stark reminder why I would never live in an HOA run property.

Overall it's a good little vacation spot. If you like to cook your own meals, please bring cooking utensils and pot holders, there were none available. Also, if you have small children; the traffic noise is a bit loud on the street side.

The view from the balcony is just amazing. Such a great unit that maximizes every square foot of space. Shower was powerful, AC was really cold, and Ice maker in the freezer was a workhouse. It's got little wear and tear cosmetic imperfections but makes up for it in function.

Enjoyed drinking my coffee on the balcony every morning. The view was beautiful! The condo was also very clean and comfortable.

Good location & great amenities

This place is horrible! Beds aren't comfortable, very outdated and feels dirty. The elevator is outside and the parking is not gated so anyone can come and go. Not enough towels so laundry daily. No chairs or anything for convenience. The only positive is the view but you can get the same view same price in a different resort with much better amenities.
