Stayed May 25, 2025There is an upstairs apartment they stomp around with kids running and you can hear everything. The microwave and coffee maker did not have power. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly. Needs work

Stayed Mar 12, 2025It was a last minute trip with a GF visiting from New York. I live in Sugar Land, and when she asked if we could visit The Oldest Dancehall in Texas, I said Yes, we can! The rental was PERFECT. Great size for the two of us, but would also be plenty of room for two couples. (The only minor suggestion would be the addition of an additional chair in the living room. It would be awkward seating for two couples with only the sofa). Check in was so easy. We rented a golf cart…so easy! Went to the Gruene Door for a snack and a glass of wine before check-in, and to the Last Call on the last night. Both steps away, and both great! The Gruene Historic District, was literally right down the street. Easily walking distance but we loved cruising around on the golf cart. Would definitely, without hesitation recommend this place!
