Ground level, patio walkout - Oceanfront condo with gorgeous interior & Pool!

Great location, beautiful villa, with wonderful view of the ocean! Hope to visit again!

Our beach getaway was so nice. The weather was beautiful and the ocean was so pretty. Sailmaker 103 was exactly as described. We had an easy check in and check out, it was comfortable and relaxing. We hated to leave!

Loved it. Older property that’s remodeled. Right on the beach. This property is ground level but is about 30feet plus elevation giving a lovely view of the ocean and dunes Mattresses and appliances seemed pretty new. Management very quick to respond to our questions. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture inside and out. Our first trip to Amelia island Really enjoyed and can’t wait to go back

The ground floor unit we stayed in was perfect for us! Split bedroom floor plan was nice also. Master bath could use a little updating. the Jacuzzi tub could be hard for some people to step into. Decor was very nice and we loved the patio leading right out onto a grassy area. The gopher turtles kept us all amused! Was nice to have beach towels provided by the unit as well as a variety of beach toys. Also very convenient to have a hose at our patio to rinse the sand off before going in. Would definitely request this specific unit again!

We liked that our lodging was within sight of the ocean—it was so relaxing seated on our patio listening to the waves or taking our chairs to the beach and absorbing all the beauty that is there—pelicans, seabirds, gentle waves rolling into shore…our condo was very comfortable; nothing was lacking!

Lovely oceanfront unit. Well equipped, comfortable beds and furniture. Easy walk to a wide, clean and picturesque beach. Recommend for a family of four or two couples.

We had a great stay at the condo. It had a lot of extras that made it even better. Ocean toys, beach chairs, dimmable lights - you guys have really thought through the vacation experience! Thanks for a lovely week!

Place was great! Clean and as described. Unfortunately it was still a little chilly to fully enjoy the pool and beach, but the views were breathtaking. The dunes gives a more natural beach vibe. The turtles were out each morning to add to the relaxed nature of this location.

Our stay at Summer Beach Sailmaker was perfect. We appreciated the updated emails regarding check-in, check-out, gate codes and lock box code. We loved our accommodations, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds. Moreover, the location and view was spectacular. We would highly recommend and look forward to staying at Summer Beach again.

Great quiet beach area, easy access with first floor, and beautiful sunrise. Condo was clean with all the kitchen items needed.

• Beautiful ocean views of the sunrise • We weren’t sure we would like ground level but found it very pleasant with such wonderful views • Short walk to the beach on the boardwalk • Very few people • Patio is in the sun in the am and shaded in the pm • Lots of shade at the pool and also sun for those who want it • We had problems opening the gate when we arrived, but the owners were very responsive and there was a gate opener in the condo so we didn’t have to use the code after that initial entrance • Fun to watch the gopher tortoises walk by the patio
