Extremely spacious more roll than we needed. Very clean and stocked

Condo was spacious and the 4 bedrooms and lots of beds made it great for our family members. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Fully loaded condo in Osage Beach that worked great for our group of 10. 5 adults, 2 teens, a kiddo and 2 infant twins. The babies loved Cheerios on the deck watching the sunrise and the boats and the design was great for a group just like ours! The check in instructions once I read them earlier in the week were hard to access again in the app and this place had extensive check in steps including water and electrical shut ons/offs. So as we were busy checking in corralling kids etc and the water didn’t turn on I panicked! Read the steps the owner said when called - fair - it felt brave to expect everyone could manage those steps independently! I was extra worried I would screw something up with the big shut offs and ons but I appreciate their caution and conservation. Which takes me to our only gripe. The beds. I do not believe they are all queens as stated. Looks like fulls for the room with 3 and the one downstairs. No matter what size, the beds were not comfy at all. It goes without saying people screw up other people’s things so I understand the desire to not waste money. However - the target audience for the rental aren’t partying spring breakers or spry 25 year olds. Our backs collectively hurt. A mattress topper will maybe lessen that pain but keep your bottom line? All of us still creaking around this evening holding our lumbar areas! Otherwise all great no concerns - exactly as described. We appreciate the opportunity to stay!!

Everything was great! Very clean, good location, great view from deck and patio and was advertised perfectly! It was very comfortable for our family of 10! We would definitely stay her again!!!

Very spacious and clean

This is the second year we have stayed at this location and it works out perfectly for us for a family gathering as well as the following week for bike fest.

The condo was great! There was so much space, and the views were beautiful. The pools were both very well-maintained, and the property is near so many great restaurants and things to do. We will definitely be back!

Great location and property. Easy communication with owners

The condo was perfect for our family get together! Beautiful setting. The grandkids loved the pools and the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. The master bath tub needed a stopper, but otherwise all was terrific. The landlord was very responsive.

Very clean! Wise use of space. Loved the deck in the evening. The mattress covers on beds are hot and noisy. Also first time I’ve ever had to mess with hot water breaker and turn off.

This condo was super cute, we loved the layout and the options for outdoor seating to watch the main channel. If your goal is beaches or activities for young kids, this may not be ideal for you but there is a very nice pool on the opposite side of the property with an amazing view to the west for sunsets, etc. There is a small beach accessible, it’s a bit of a hike, but not bad. The condo itself has a great layout and plenty of room for 11-12 people. The owner was extremely welcoming and quick to respond to my questions. I would recommend this place!

Nice property. Should mention walkout units still have multiple stairs to reach entrance. Plenty of room for entire family.

This was a party for my daughter who is 14 and her four friends and a few of us moms to help keep things going smoothly. The condo was amazing. Loved the beach vibe lots of supplies even laundry soap. Just make sure you read the notes on the fridge when you first get there, it’ll save you time later

It was a nice place in a great location

Great place to stay for a group, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Living room and lower patio very spacious for hanging out. Very central to many things to do, everything was within 15-20 minutes. Kitchen was decently stocked.

Stayed to fish off of docks, very nice place to stay

The property was very nice, however, we are a fishing group and the pictures of being near the water were deceiving. We had to drive to buildings 4-9 to get to a fish dock. The fish were a hit for our stay. This made our stay even enjoyable. The home was clean and roomy for our group.

All was great except grill wasn't working GFI outlet on desk kept kicking out. Not happy no grill.

It worked wonderfully for us - had a family gathering first part of the week, then Bikefest 'family' get together last part of the week. Lots of room and nice place.

Traveled to the annual MTA Fall Handicap with my 2 sons and 3 of my shooting buddies for a week of competion. We come here every year and have rented other condos for the week but everyone in our group agreed this has been our faorite. Extremely clean and well decorated

Amazing

Very nice, spacious condo(other than the kitchen). Extremely clean on the inside of the unit. Our only complaint was the outdoor spaces, especially the balcony, which is where we wanted to spend most of our time, considering the lake view and all. When we arrived, the balcony was COVERED with spiders and their webs and what gets caught in their webs. Bugs and spiders everywhere- coming from the roof, the floor, tables and chairs We immediately contacted the owner, who sent someone the next morning, who “sprayed” but we were still left with spiders and spider webs hanging everywhere. .
