Ground Floor Grandview Shores Condo Mara Lake Waterfront w/Boat Slip

Host was awesome to communicate with. We were a family of 4 with a 1yr old and 3 yr old. We really loved our stay and would definitely come back. The beach area was perfect and it was a nice touch that there were kids toys already there. The condo itself was large and went beyond our expectations. The host had any appliance/utensils/kitchen item that was needed. The pool was a bit chilly, but with saying that we stayed later in the season and the evenings were cooling off quite a bit. We still utalized the pool and hot tub nearly every day. The unit was on the main floor, which stepped out into a huge community court yard. Our kids enjoyed looking for grasshoppers. We also used the outdoor tables in the court yard almost every day! Looking forward to coming back. Thank you for a great vacation. Many memories were made.

Beautiful property, the condo is very well equipped with everything you need. The hosts were so easy to connect with, excellent communication. Can’t wait for our next visit.

This unit is a notch above the others we have stayed at. In addition to the fresh renovations and tastefully decorated condo, it has a convenient door code lock (no keys required), extra bar & wine fridge, & every kitchen appliance you could think of!

This condo was everything we were looking for and more! The layout and location were great, and the pool/hot tub were definitely an added bonus. Also, we needed something to accommodate our 25 foot pontoon boat, and the boat slip that came along with this unit fit our needs perfectly! I would highly recommend this unit as Laurene was so great to deal with!

The unit was extremely well suited for a large family or two smaller ones. The bunk bed room easily slept and adult, 2 teens and a child. The kitchen table was also built to comfortably accommodate 8 people. We pulled a boat (slip included in rental which was fantastic) but there wasn’t a space to unload the boat before taking it to the closest boat launch (minutes away). There is very limited road parking which could be used but in the summer months those spaces were often taken and certainly never enough space for a truck and trailer. Also, while there is an elevator, the 2nd floor stop is located in the gym so it’s not incredibly accessible. Stairs cases are short to each floor but this may limit some individuals. I would highly recommend this unit. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive to my questions.

From start to finish really well done. Detailed communications prior to arrival making for a great holiday. Even though we were “renters” the owners and the on-site staff all made us feel like we were owners. Well done and thanks for making our family vacation a wonderful memory.
