Ground floor Condo - No need for elevators - Steps away to the beach and pool.

Only bad thing sitting on deck and we were down wind from a family of chain smokers

The place was decorated beautiful! Beds were comfy! Amazing view and access to the ocean!

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the condo. The location was very convenient, and everything was clean and comfortable. It made for a very easy and relaxing trip.

The pool was not open. The kitchen had everything we needed. However, there was a pungent smell in the sink. I think it was the garbage disposal. We ran hot water for a few minutes and the smell subsided. Other than that the stay was awesome!!! I didn’t want to leave. Thank you.

Such an amazing place to stay. We throughly enjoyed every moment we were there. The decor was perfect and so me. I felt like I was home and to have the beach eye level was great!! Will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.

We had an awesome 2 months at this ocean front condo. Everything we needed was here right down to the excellent scrabble board! Communication with the owner was outstanding. The condo was very comfortable and clean. Will book this place again!

Our host was fantastic. When we needed to ask a question we got an immediate response. Our unit was immaculate, comfortable, and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. I would rate this the highest rating possible. Would definetly stay again

We loved our stay! Great location, clean, no need to being bottled water because they have filtered water in the fridge, and the sofa & recliner are super comfortable. The next time we want to stay coastal, we will definitely book here if at all possible.

No words describe beach view! Stayed in many places but none had a kitchen stocked with condiments like this one! Owner went above and beyond!!!!

Beautiful ground level condo. We were only here for 2 nights as a stop over stay but enjoyed the location and amenities. We will definitely return to this condo for any return trips to the area.

Check in and out was so easy. The kitchen had everything and then some. Thoroughly enjoyed being on the ground floor, so close to the beach.

We loved the convenience of the ground floor and easy access to the beach. Condo was supplied with the essentials we needed. It was fun meeting and talking with others that actually live there all the time.

The location was wonderful. There wasnta decent frying pan to cook eggs, no extra paper products were provided either

The first floor location meant just steps to the beach and pool. Porch on the deck made it easy to chat with other visitors once the sun moved. Could walk half mile to the pier if motivated. Owner very responsive when we somehow lost the parking pass. Onsite crew kept deck and lobby very clean. Would definitely rent again.

This condo is perfect in every way. Steps from the beautiful beach. Nicely decorated. My husband and I stayed 1 night with our daughter and 2 grandchildren. We plan to return next year and stay longer!

My grandmother who is almost 90 enjoyed being so close to the ocean. She was able to get out on the deck with ease to hangout in the warm sunshine. The only thing that was an issue was the height of the beds. It was somewhat difficult for her to get in bed or out of bed without some help because it was so high. We did bring a stool but it was still challenging. This shouldn’t be an issue for normal mobility adults. We really did love the location. Cindy was also very easy to get ahold of and speak with when needed. I had to call her at check in for a mistake I made, she was very kind about the issue.

We loved staying in this condo. The place was beautifully decorated, very clean and perfect location. We will definitely be staying again.

I was not informed about beach equipment. Read note on refrigerator about key and had to inquire in building about where storage was located. There was no extra toilet tissue, only what was on roll in each bathroom. Hand soap missing in bathroom. Floor of ensuite bath was not clean. Felt and looked gritty like there may have been some tile or wall work done and floor not cleaned afterwards. Living area was dusty and floor not clean. All in all the condo was as shown on website but it is hard to believe anyone cleaned or prepared for our visit. Very disappointed.

This is our 3rd visit to this location and as always it was excellent!

we just finished up a great week here. the property is great with everything you need. walk out and you are right on the beach. Cindy is extremely easy to work with and very fast with any help that is needed. everyone we met around the condo was nice. we will be back.

This condo on the beach was perfect! Roomy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything you would ever need in the kitchen. There were games, movies, magazines, three televisions, great seating and an ocean right out the front door. Easy parking, easy entry and a convenient location. It made for a really nice Thanksgiving get away!

A terrific unit. Has everything you could possibly need. Great quick responses from owner. When back in town would try to stay here again.

Great vacation…

This was our second time staying in this condo, it very well maintained and the location could not be better for our family. Cindy is great to work with and quick to respond to questions.

We enjoyed our stay even though Hurricane Debby was in town too. Condo was nice and so close to the ocean.
