NEWLY RENOVATED Located in the penthouse building, this is a large 2 bedroom 2 bath ground floor unit that sleeps 6, and opens up to the pool and our luscious green courtyard with a short 75 yards to the beach. This unit features king bed in master bedroom, a double bed in guest room as well as a set of bunk beds. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and appliances.

Stayed May 29, 2023My Family and I stayed at Silver Dunes for the third time this Spring. The ocean was calm and almost no seaweed in site until our last two days of our stay. Heads up, ice is very important for keeping your beverages cold. Please give attention to this and revert providing this service to your guests! Very frustrating to have only one operating ice machine for such a large place!!

We choose a ground floor unit this year and loved the convenience. Our unit had a few issues that were handled well by maintenance staff and management. We really appreciated the quick response. We have already booked this unit for next year! We have 2 other family friends renting different units next year with us, can’t wait!!Thank you so much!

Always clean, relaxing, love the community atmosphere. Only complaint is the almost $500 for 4-chairs for the week with the new beach service. I realize things have gone up, but the new service is just too high and even though they offer drink service , which I didn’t utilize, iwill do it by day next time , not for the week.
