I never received an email from VRBO or the owner giving me directions on how to get into the gated resort area in spite of the fact that I called twice for the information. I was unable to get in to the resort because of the gate and therefore unable to check in. Luckily I am a somewhat able bodied 66 year old who able to scale a tall fence in order to contact the office. The condo we stayed in was nice but VRBO really needs to do a better job.
