Stayed Jan 1, 2021My husband and I spent over 3 months in this tastefully decorated and well equiped condo. Beds were comfortable, and linens were plush. With Covid we made more meals at home and were thankful for all the small appliances such as crock pot, however if cooking isn't your thing, there are several restaurants within walking distance. We appreciated having starter paper products supplied and access to everything you need for the beach. The condo is situated near the elevator and washer and dryer. We liked having the added security of keyed elevator and stairwell. Can't wait to return next year.

Stayed Nov 21, 2020Nice well stocked condo with comfortable master bed. TVs in living room and a master are very good size. Swimming pool is nice for laps and a good hot tub. Close to beach.

Stayed Mar 1, 2019My husband and I loved staying in Indian Shores . We go to Florida every year and Vivian’s place was perfect for us. We would definitely go back. Very close to the beach, inside the condo presented us with everything we needed. We also loved being close to the intercostal waterways, restaurants, and within close driving distance to parks, groceries and nature. A gem

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a pleasant surprise awaited us when we arrived at this beautifully furnished condo with all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect and an added bonus was that the signaled crossing to the beach was right in front of the complex and there was only two lanes to cross to an easy access to the beach and the gulf. Lots of places to eat and grab an ice cream or a doughnut. Stores that had beach supplies like sun screen and anything you might have forgotten. A lovely large pool in a park like setting with places to lounge and areas to walk to see the inland water way and even spot some dolphins, as we did. An added feature in the condo is that the bedrooms are separated for privacy with ensuite baths. Comfortable sofas, chairs and nice television and a lanai. Parking is convenient.
