Jans Oasis BH306 is a 3rd floor condo, with no elevator access. It offers an open-concept living area provides enough space for your family to sit & relax together. The kitchen is fully equipped with. The primary bedroom has a Queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twins. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. There a two full baths one in each bedroom. Oh! Did we mention the sunrises are amazing! Nestled in the golden dunes of Mustang Island, Beachhead condosall have awesome gulf views. The complex amenities include a heated swimming pool, community charcoal grills, community game room, a playground, and a private boardwalk to the beach. All units have private balconies to enjoy gulf views and breezes. Pets are not permitted in this unit and smoking is allowed outside only.

Per HOA: Before traveling to Port Aransas/Beachhead Condos, please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience:

Beachhead Condos allows parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Golf carts do count as vehicles. Violators will be towed by the HOA

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Beachhead was good.The manager/employees responded quickly to our concerns.The room was good with good kitchen appliances and dinner ware etc. The queen bed and single bed were comfortable but the only two items needing care were the sofa sleeper mattress needed more padding and a shade/ blind on the balcony door so the sun would be blocked.The walk to the beach and pool was simple and enjoyable.Tvs worked great as well.

The grounds of Beachhead are a parent's delight. A well maintained playscape, warm pool over looking the ocean, and a game room with plenty to do. There is washing/drying on site. Great parking. Beachhead is excellent for family reunions. It caters to a kid-friendly, family oriented gatherings.We have booked Jan's Oasis for the future.

The unit was clean and had nice furnishings, a well equipped kitchen and a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The beach is an easy stroll down the boardwalk and the pool community game room are situated at the high point of the property offering ocean views and breezes. The Beachhead is an all time favorite of my family. We will be back!
