Great Vacation Spot!!! Beautiful Ocean View!!!

The condo is very nice and our family of 6 was very comfortable. Very clean, all the amenities, well stocked and clean. Kay was super easy to work with and her directions and attention to detail was very helpful. A quick walk out the building to the beach was great and the use of their beach chairs was so nice.Would highly recommend to anyone looking to book a relaxing vacation on Sandbridge Beach!

The condo itself is great; the grounds of the property are fine but could use some maintenance/upkeep (e.g., broken tiles in one of the pools; tons of spiders and cobwebs everywhere).

We had a great time in Sandbridge. The condo was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the beach and the pool.

What a great rental! The condo was extremely clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the hosts were very accessible if needed. And the beach was a quick walk. Would definitely use this property again if back in VA beach vacationing.

Overall the stay was nice. The location to the beach and restaurants were perfect. The only problem was parking. It’s almost impossible to find a second parking spot for the other parking pass.

As a family of six, this beach property was ideal! The rental is well stocked with everything you need: kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, and more. Including beach toys and carts is so amazing. The view was beautiful, and we all felt pampered during our stay. It is all the beach you want without the crowds! We also took advantage of the property’s pools and a great restaurant across the street. We plan to rent again!

The condo was beautiful on the inside and the owners had very clear instructions from beginning to end. Their communication was over the top and were very responsive. Anyone wil be please if they choose this listing!!

The condo was clean, cute and in a perfect location for our family beach vacation. Kay was very communicative and helpful. She even recommended a dentist when our daughter needed one unexpectedly. With family in Norfolk, we will be back to VB and will definitely consider staying here again.

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo and once again it was an amazing week! Granted the weather wasn’t in our favor but we still made the best of it. The owners were always responsive when ever I had a question and the condo is beautiful & very comfortable. We never want to leave on our last day :( but back to reality. I would definitely recommend this property.

This is our second stay at this property. It has a great view and wonderful amenities!

We loved our SECOND stay at this location and plan to make it a yearly occurrence :). The condo is well cared for and is prepared for visitors! Its location is close to many restaurants and other small shops. It perfectly situated about 20 minutes away from Virginia Beach so you get that small town feel, but access to bigger entertainment. We loved it and will return next summer!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental! The place was clean with gorgeous views and easy access to the pool and elevators. The rental was stocked with everything we could have needed on our trip, which creates a much easier stay (especially with kids). The property owners were wonderful to communicate with. Definitely recommend this place - we’re already planning our trip back next year!

To be honest, the pictures don’t do this condo justice. We have been disappointed several times with a rental- but this condo exceeded our expectations. Extremely clean, very pleasantly decorated, beach fundamentals were in great condition (chairs, umbrellas,etc). Karen thought of everything and was very very responsive and helpful. What an incredible place to stay. Breathtaking views and right on the beach with a variety of swimming choices for the kiddos. The condo had one of the best stocked kitchens and the garage storage was a treasure trove of beach items. Perfect getaway for families seeking a quiet beach town. Also shoutout to our hosts: they were so friendly and responsive. We will be back!!

For the second summer in a row my family loved our stay in this condo! The views are perfect - we were able to see the sunrise over the ocean without leaving the balcony! The owners are very responsive with any needs. Awesome location and condo is very clean and comfortable! Loved it.
