Great location! Spacious Tamarindo Condo 5 minutes walk to the beach

We had a great 10 day stay at this quiet pool property in Tamarindo. The space was clean, minimal and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay including full kitchen with everything needed for meal prep.It’s a quiet secure building with entry security personnel in a safe neighborhood and a very SHORT walk to the main beach, grocery market, town center with restaurants, shops and entertainment.Friendly hosts were very responsive in answering any questions we had. Description of property is pretty accurate. Recommend.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Close to everything, including the beach. We loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone!

My wife and I spent a week the Villa Verde II condominium complex in March 2024. We were impressed by how clean and well-equipped the condo was. The best part of this condo is its location. It is well positioned far enough from the active town centre to relax and sleep yet close enough to easily walk to all your needs. The town’s many restaurants, bars, stores, and grocery marts are within a 10-minute walk, as is the beach. We didn’t need to have a car while in Tamarindo as we were able to walk everywhere, but did drive to Tamarindo so parked on the street for one day. Parking wasn’t a problem; we were able to find a spot on the street near the entrance to the condo complex. The entrance to this condo is on the ground floor, about 40 feet away the pool area. Not so close to the complex entrance that people are walking in front of your front door, but close enough that it’s easy to go to the pool for a swim. The style of the condo was nice – high ceilings and the exterior has a kind of art-deco style. The pool and grounds were kept clean and in good repair. We would recommend this condo.

This apartment was perfectly located, clean, and well-maintained. The host was very nice and accommodating.

This place was comfortable, quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool and the fact that we could walk to the beach and all of the shops, etc.

This is a fantastic location for exploring Tamarindo. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. Despite the manager doing a great job of helping us we never did experience a hot or even a war shower in the upstairs bathrooms! We would stay again.

First time in tamarindo and I’m so happy we stayed at this property. Liane was an amazing host, very easy to communicate with her and gave great recommendations. The condo is within walking distance to the beach and downtown area which is perfect ! It is placed in a a quiet litter area 10-15 min walk to the beach, supermarket, and restaurants. Street parking available has no issues finding parking. Definitely would book again!

The condo is conveniently located up the hill from the beach, a nightly gathering spot for sunsets, meeting friends and dinners. We could walk to a grocery store and many great eateries ! Condo complex was perfect for us !

Could not have asked for more while renting in Tamarindo. Communication with the host was extremely easy. They were flexible with our arrival and gave us lots of good information upon arrival. The location is awesome as it is only a block or so from the beach, supermarket, and all of the main restaurants. The unit itself is fully-stocked with everything you’d need for a solid beach vacation and was clean upon arrival. The complex is well-maintained, secure, and was full of tons of friendly folks. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking to getaway to Guanacaste.
