Great location Downtown Ocean Springs Near Beach & Dining without all the noise

This was a nice little loft area. It is upstairs. There is a queen size bed but it is not very comfortable. This is not a high traffic area, but if the vehicles outside are driving by late at night, it is extremely loud, almost sounded like they were inside the bedroom. We are heavy sleepers, so it didn’t bother us too much unless we were already awake. Everything we needed was available to us, it is a great location for those wanting to be close to downtown but not in the middle of the action.

Very clean and well-maintained! Friendly and accommodating Host (shout-out to Carrie here, extending friendly southern hospitality during the check-in and arrival process). Safe neighborhood, close to the Ocean Springs dining & shopping area. Absolutely perfect and will return to this VRBO Host for future stays instead of the Smoky, Casino Hotel, where we took in a show, and where the hotel room (bedroom and bathroom only) was double the price of this VRBO (bedroom, bathroom, separate living room, and kitchen). Carrie and her team have clearly outfoxed the corporate casinos.

Great location. Very clean. Only 1 improvement opportunity: coffee brew packs for the coffee maker. We travelled with K-cups, not coffee for a brew pot. Our fault.

Perfectly clean and updated and perfect location!!! Property owner was wonderful and easy to work with! Just book it!!!

Secluded but still super close to downtown and other necessities! Clean loft, and stocked with most of everything we needed. Only issue we had was when we first checked in (there was some booking conflict with another couple) but the Host helped us right away. The rest of our trip was smooth and relaxing. Highly recommend for your next stay!

My mom, sister and I stayed here for a girls weekend. Such a great quiet location. We walked the beach each morning, walked downtown for shopping & drinks & walked to the farmers market Saturday morning. Location is close to everything.

Condo was super clean, property manager was wonderful, and it was a great location for downtown shopping.

Very nice place. One TV in the living room. You will need to carry your things up a flight of stairs to this upstairs unit. Kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were all great. The entry door window does not have a privacy curtain if a guest arrived at the top of the stairs. Definitely recommend this place for your stay.

Very nice property but missing a few items ! No blankets at all , just super thin spread ! No clothes hangers at all! And a full length mirror would have made it easy to dress ! Train all night is a bit scary too
