Great Location ! 1 Short Block To The Boardwalk.

Excellent condo a block from the beach. Owners are super friendly, we will be back on our next trip to Va Beach.

Host was great. Quick response. The condo was so close to the beach. Everything was in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo with everything a beach traveler needs. The owner provided beach chairs and an umbrella, so we didn’t have to bring them. This is a first floor condo that is literally steps from the parking spot.The front room furniture is comfortable and so are the beds. Each bedroom offers a large tv. I enjoy staying in this area because it’s close to the ocean, restaurants and shops. I also feel safe here as the parking lot is well lit at night. Looking forward to staying again at Frank’s condo as he is a wonderful host and made our experience great!

Beautiful clean comfortable

The Host was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to work with. The condo is right on Pacific Ave. It's cozy and well-equipped. Everything worked. The beds were excellent. One was quite firm -- perfect for my wife after surgery; the other was a little softer and very comfortable. Note: parking for one vehicle, but there was a large empty parking lot on the other side of Pacific Ave. (Probably not empty in the summer though.)

Good location. Within walking distance of shops and boardwalk. Host very accomodating. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking/dining utensils. Has both a kureig and regular type coffee maker.

We really enjoyed being so close to the beach. This property had everything we needed and we didnt have any isues. Would definitely rent again

Overall it was a very nice experience. Frank was easy to make contact answered all questions. Our room was clean it was well stocked with towels TP bed was very comfortable bedding was good. Easy access to the beach and board walk. Only thing I would suggest is tv needs to be updated.

Room was great! Neat and clean. Was great to come back to after a busy day! Being a block from the ocean was not a problem - and helped see more of the surroundings. I would definitely come back. Only issue is a grab bar is needed in the shower for us older folks! Other than that - not a problem was had.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! Communication with the owner was great. It was a short walk to the beach and all the stores as well, which was great! The only negative was we did have to buy a Swiffer mop to clean our floors. We thought everything looked super clean, and it smelled great when first walking in, however we let our 8.5 month old crawl in the floor and we quickly realized how dirty the floor was! We were a little surprised y this, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us really as we just cleaned the floor throughout our stay.

Perfect location, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. One parking spot was a bummer, the garage next door charged 20/day. It’s a very cozy place so make sure you REALLY like being close with whoever comes. My son is just under 2 years and it was not very toddler friendly. The bathroom has a pocket door that we couldn’t lock and he was constantly opening & closing. Loved that every room had a TV and beds were super comfy. Great stay overall.

Everything was as described, clean and was a short walk to the beach and pier. Extra parking across ninth street helps.

Location and access were great. Mentioned cleaning issues to the manager, and wish they would have reimbursed my cleaning fee. We found a sock, tags and stickers from someone elses clothes stuck to the comforter and a dirty koozie under a chair.

Very nice property, and the location was great. Within walking distance for just about anything. The only negative things I can say is about the parking, the lot is very small, and the water pressure for the shower was very weak. Other than that, everything else was great!

Not only was the condo just as pictured; it was clean with all the amenities of home. Also, Frank was amazing. When I had a concern, he was just a phone call or text away. Either form of communication garnered a prompt response.Dance competitions are already stressful but having a nice place away from home to relax and reset is key. This was definitely it for us.

The condo was about 3 minutes walk to the beach. It had everything we needed to get by for the few days we were there. Clean towels and sheets.

The apartment appearance and proximity to the beach were excellent. I appreciated that there were items available for use at the beach such as low chairs and umbrella. My only complaint was the guests that were staying in the apartment upstairs had a young children who kept running across the floor and it was very noisy for two days. Thankfully, they were quiet at night.

This was a great find for a December work-cation. With two bedrooms, my spouse and I were able to both work and get to enjoy the surrounding area during our time off. Walkable area, plus close to many local attractions. Apartment is on the first floor and parking spot is directly in front of it, which is easy for loading/unloading the car. Place was clean. Remember to bring your own toiletries and coffee. Would stay again.

Great property with pleasant beach decor. The check-in/check-out process was super simple. The host did a great job of communicating with me and was very responsive. Unfortunately, the cleaning service did not do the best job cleaning the condo before our arrival. Reading other reviews, this doesn't seem to be the norm. So, I would still recommend this property and would stay here again.

Clean and modern condo. Close to everything

Everything about this condo was exactly as described in the pictures and the posting. It was a lovely condo, close to so many things that we could walk to. Good communication with the owner, easy check-in, and check out. Owner gave very clear checkout instructions, which we followed

Good value for near the beach location. Virginia Beach needs to get control of the noisy drag racers and less than model citizens running the street in the neighborhood.

We enjoyed our weekend in VA Beach, this condo was clean , spacious, and right in the heart if the fun. We would definitely stay again.

Property itself was fine. Location was ok building was a tad tired looking and parking was very tight.
