Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1 to November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own.

Sandpiper is a wonderful place to get a large group of folks together. The rooms are open to the outside and in close proximity. The pool is large enough to accommodate everyone and the beach is a few easy steps away.

I called Bender Realty to help stop pool activities and loud noise. No security was seen the week we stayed. It was a disappointing week.

The kitchen was properly apportioned, and the rooms were clean and clutter-free. We had easy access to the pool and the beach. We were allowed to enjoy ourselves around the pool without being hassled by overbearing security, and we enjoyed the folks who were staying around us.
