Well maintained single level two bedroom/two bath 1200 square condo with two walk-in closets. Additional room is an office that could be used in a pinch for another bedroom. When viewing the condo pictures you will see a very nice open floorplan. There is internet/WifFi, Dish TV with Bose System, Air Conditioning, plenty of pots/pans, kitchen utensils and BBQ/Smoker.
Only can book at the beginning of the month. If a person rents in the middle of the month it will be cancelled.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Really a nice comfortable home away from home in a friendly community. It has a handy 1.5 mile loop for exercising without traffic (if you like a climb) with pine woods smell. Deer and wild Turkeys usually seen on my morning walk.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Condo was in a perfect location, close to downtown, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, etc. Everyone was friendly and patriotism abounds. The condo was in perfectly clean condition and Charlie was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this condo.

Stayed Jul 13, 2021My wife and I needed a place to use as a central location for our house hunting in Prescott, this place did that and more. Near everything and yet it sat in a QUIET neighborhood surrounded by hiking and walking trails. The owner was a great communicator and responded quickly to our one and only problem in the 2 months we stayed there. Fully furnished with everything we could think of during our stay even a small office with printer, a necessity when printing out contracts, inspections and title details. Of course it came with the usual huge flat screen and all audio/video accessories. A two bedroom gem.....
