Starter Supply Kit:
We provide an initial set of essentials: 2 rolls of TP per bath, 1 roll of paper towels, hand/dish soap, trash bags, and laundry sheets.

Note: Supplies are not replenished during your stay, regardless of duration. We do not provide toiletries (shampoo/body wash), spices, oils, filters, or foil.

Policies & Information:
Check-In: 4:00 PM. No early check-in requests, please; if available, it will be offered the morning of arrival for a $50 fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Due to the high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.

Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.
Management: This unit is privately managed. Please contact At Home Property Mgmt. & Realty directly during your stay for assistance.

MAIL & PACKAGES:
Mail delivery is not permitted at this vacation rental. If you require mail services during your stay, we recommend purchasing a temporary local P.O. Box.

STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ)
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues (such as flight cancellations).

Hurricane Season (June 1 – November 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or loss of utilities. We strongly urge you to purchase Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay. Date changes are not guaranteed; if allowed, they are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

    The condo is exceptionally well done and so very close to the beach. The building itself is a bit dated (especially elevators) but landscaping and grounds are lovely. Pool was great. The balcony closet, filled with assorted beach stuff, was perfect. Beach chairs and umbrellas were awesome to have. Not tons of shops nearby but a few walkable places and groceries were close. Trips to John's Pass and Clearwater added some variety. Great seafood abounds and nothing better than coffee on the balcony in the morning and sunsets there at night. Relaxing and beautiful trip!

    Great location- right on the beach. Wonderful sunset viewing! Has the key amenities- the full size washer and dryer were wonderful to have. Beach wagon, boogie boards, sand toys, etc in a closet to use. Recommendation to include in the listing would be to include specifics of parking limitations of 7’ esp. for vehicles with cargo carriers/roof racks. They do have guest parking outside, but not a lot. We were frustrated by the short notice (after we checked in) that the pool would be closed the next day( and unsure how long after that) due to renovations. So, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool enjoy tub.Also, we didn’t have enough full size bath towels. Overall, very clean and the view is amazing.

    We could not have been happier with our stay! The furnishings are exquisite, upscale, and so comfortable. We were blessed with amazing sunsets, and this morning, the full moon set over the ocean off the balcony. What a gift every moment has been to us.     We really enjoyed the condo. Great location. The beach is steps away. White sands, and 7th floor gives you great view. Big patio with seating. Condo is up to date, nice kitchen, clean, everything we wanted. Washer/dryer. Beach toys, even a wagon to haul our stuff back and forth from the beach. Sunsets were amazing. If you know where to look, you can find sand dollars (but don't take the live ones). Dolphins swam by every morning. Pool was great. Hot tube was good, but not really needed in July. We had covered parking and used the visitor parking for a second car. Wish they had more visitor parking, but we never had a problem getting a spot. There are two buildings, and this condo was in the older of the two buildings -- so it has some character. We would would be returning renters. Oh, we also left an iPad. The cleaners found it, returned it to the property manager, who graciously offered to ship it back to us. So that was nice. Thank You!

    Location is perfect! Can’t beat the view from this condo!! The beach was beautiful. You can rent chairs and an umbrella, but the condo also had a beach wagon, several chairs and umbrellas to use. Loved the restaurant Caddy’s across the street, easy to walk to making it very convenient. Host was super responsive, we had a wonderful time and did not want to leave! Highly recommend!

    While the overall condo unit was a little dated, the condo itself was very updated. We loved the interior and furnishings. Our favorite was sitting in the balcony having coffee my morning and watching the sunset in the evening. While there may be newer hotels or condos in the area, I don’t think any would be as convenient for pool and beach access. Also, it was nice to have Clearwater just 20 minutes to the north and St Pete 20 minutes to the south.

    Great location with restaurant options you can walk to. Very nice accommodations. Only complaint is it would have been nice to know in advance that painters would be sandblasting the adjacent stairwell during our stay. Very noisy from 8:00 - 4:00.
