Stayed Jun 26, 2025Four of us stayed Jun 26-29 for Blues Fest. Really appreciated the comfort of three bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms on this open floor plan with great Mountain View’s and quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped and met our needs. Enjoyed sitting on the deck, hearing a distant moose calling. While we didn’t get a chance to use the rec center I visited it and was impressed how well it was maintained and what it had to offer. We would definitely stay at this location again. G&M

Stayed Aug 17, 2023We had a wonderful time. The owner was very responsive and genuinely cared that we enjoy our stay. The townhouse had everything we needed to make our stay perfect, great linens, amenties, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, truly everything you could need and all in good condition. The view is is amazing and the neighborhood was very quiet. We did not use the clubhouse or pool but been in before so you wouldn't be disappointed. So far this is our favorite place to stay in the Fraser/Winter Park area and we will definitely be back.

Stayed Aug 2, 2023Great town home, easy access to Winter Park and Fraser. Complex has good pools and gym, very quiet, plenty of trails and wildlife.
