Stayed Apr 8, 2022Excellent location in a nice residential neighborhood conveniently located in town. Parking for two vehicles although we parked and walked everywhere. It was an easy walk to university campus and to shopping and restaurants on and around Nassau Street. House was nicely decorated and furnished and the kitchen was well-equipped. There were board games, chess set, basketball, and foosball table available. Jason was responsive and prompt in his communications. The only negative thing I can say is that we did sometimes hear the upstairs neighbors.

Stayed Jun 1, 2025The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property. The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay. Jason is responsive....but if you are running this business you need to be PROACTIVE and treat it like a business and not just respond to complaints. The yard looks abandoned, the garage smells like animal urine....I have stayed in multiple Princeton VEBO's and they are usually substandard for some reason, but this property is really just bad. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024The booking experience was fine but once we got into the property, we noticed property was not well maintained. We have stayed at several VRBO listings and this one was surprisingly poor quality than the others. We had a packed schedule and only stayed there to sleep and ate breakfast twice out of 5 days. We found the third floor matress in the basement next to a molded bed matress so we did not use it which made sleeping arrangements for 11 people very challenging. The sofa was NOT big enough for anyone to sleep on comfortably. The bathroom in the back bedroom had cracked or broken fixtures and a cold water facet in the very small shower that leaked so badly, the water temperature went rapidly from very hot to very cold when you tried to adjust it so we could not let any of the children use it for fear they would turn the handles and burn themselves. That made showering in the morning a pain as did the fact that we only had 5 face cloths for 11 people for 6 days. On the first morning we cooked breakfast, the top oven door kept getting stuck when we tried to open it so you had to pull it hard to get it open. Because of that, we used the bottom oven on the second day we cooked and it got locked when closed. We could not get it open.Even when we pressed the unlock button. We pulled it to get food out, the glass came off the face of the door and shattered all over the floor. The owner charged US and has not turned over receipts so I can file insurance I purchased.Disappointing!

Stayed Mar 21, 2023Our family of five enjoyed staying in this charming home, in a quiet Princeton neighborhood. The beds were all so comfortable, including the extra “floor mattresses”. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the restaurants nearby and visiting Princeton University. We even took the train from Princeton into NYC for a day of touring around the big city. Our kids enjoyed the foosball and basketball games downstairs. This was the perfect home away from home for our family, while visiting the Princeton and NYC area. The check in process was seamless and simple. Thank you!

Stayed Nov 4, 2022Great location, beautiful street and quiet area. Large house and easy communication with host. While the listing does note you can here upstairs neighbors' footsteps -- would say that is a bit of an understatement - you can hear their conversations pretty clearly and every one resident snoring through the night!
