Stayed Mar 9, 2024Called on a Monday at 1pm to report guest bathroom toilet is broken. 48 hours later on Wednesday I call back to try and understand what the delay is...Oddly enough, the property manager was out getting the parts to fix the toilet...I would avoid this property Management Group if at all possible. Customer Service is not at the top of their list as it pertains to priorities.

Stayed Jul 22, 2022We had 6 staying with us. Had large kitchen. If you like being around the center of activity. This is it. Plenty of people watching to do here. Close to the stores and beach. Nice place

Stayed Jun 19, 2022nice place, great location, plenty of room, great washer/dryer for large loads, two beach access points across the street, crock pot came in handy, pool was warm which was a big draw back, thermostat was locked also drawback, hot water tank was set too low and called for maintenance help and they put in work order immediately, overall cool place in great location just a few blocks off the bay bridge.

Stayed May 19, 2022Property was okay - decent 2 bedroom unit. Anytime we stay in a place with carpet we never feel it’s very clean. Some doors in the unit didn’t close easily. Kitchen pots and pans pretty beat up. No measuring spoons. Big shocker- after reviewing the charges that were riddled with fees, I found an additional $104 VRBO charge on my Visa statement! The fees were way more than the “nightly rate”!

Stayed Aug 27, 2021This was a great location. Only about 1 minute walk to the beach and the pool was right outside to our left. Would definitely stay here again with my family.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great experience and will definitely be returning. There were a few times we needed something fixed in the condo and the property manager was right there to help us and get it all fixed. Very impressed with her. Thank you for such a nice stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969As always, we enjoyed our stay in Destin; it is a beautiful place to bring the family and to escape the every day pressures of the working world. That being said, this review is not meant to be ugly, but to simply give the owners some ideas to improve upon. First, the carpet in the bedrooms are not in the best of shape and need replacing (I would go with tile and maybe an area rug). Second, the furniture in the living room (i.e., couch) needs to be replaced; very uncomfortable for anyone that sits on it; there is no cushioning left. Also, the bed mattresses are all in need of replacement. That being said, I would consider renting again if the items listed were addressed. It is in an excellent location (right by the pool) and on the lower level.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family really enjoyed Destin. This condo was in a great spot for the pool and the beach. It comfortably held our family of 7.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We absolutely loved the location. Close to the pool, the beach and a good central location all around. I found the beds very comfortable with the exception of the couch mattress which was thin but I think that’s most couch beds. The kitchen had most utensils and we made by with what we did not have. Could use a pitcher maybe! The carpet could use a cleaning in the rooms but I wouldn’t say do away with them completely. That’s just a personal preference. My family and I would totally stay here again!!
