Granby Ranch Condo. Hot Tub, Trails, Lakes Nearby

Don’t expect to get your very expensive security deposit back easily. I’m having to dispute the charges through my back since I can’t seem to get a real person to talk to and the online chat is telling me I will not get my money returned. Completely ridiculous.

Camilla was responsive to answering any questions. The place was clean upon our arrival, and everything was in great shape. Very much loved our stay at this cozy condo.Thank you!

Wasn't much to see from the balcony. There was no hot tub available. The living room furniture was old, worn and stained. the finish on the kitchen cabinets was well used. The air conditioner that was offered was unusable. After driving for 10 hours to get to the condo, the door lock code did not work (we were there 10 min. early) when I contacted the owner, I got a lecture on check-in time. but finally got in. The customer service was far less than expected. Parking was very convenient. Plenty of towels.Comfortable beds.Was accused of breaking the door lock.

Beautiful property and very easy to locate. It is located continently near granby ranch. The condo was clean and had all the necessarily things to make us feel at home. Thank you for letting us stay.

Such a beautiful place! We mostly spent our time in the Rocky Mountains, but this place is a perfect spot to stay if you don’t want to be hassled by the traffic of other surrounding towns.

It was a good property but needs some upgrading. Neither bedroom had a hair dryer. Only one bedroom had air conditioning. I would stay there again.

Our trip to the mountains was simply Wonderful!!! I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness. This property was the cleanest VRBO that I have ever stayed in!!! On top of it being so clean it also was perfectly equipped!!! It's really nice to arrive to your VRBO and find that it is everything that was advertised!!! My trips with family are so special and important to me and this property helped make this trip another great memory!!! Thank you so much for sharing your property with us!!!

The property was perfect for our needs, being close to Granby and Winter Park ski resorts. The unit was clean, spacious, and convenient. The host was responsive and friendly. We’d stay there again.

The place was nice. The kitchen was stocked adequately, though not as nicely as the place we stayed previously. The fireplace was cozy and there were hot tubs, which the kids enjoyed after snowboarding all day. Down town was close (we ate at Brickhouse 40, which was well decorated but the food was heavy and overall, disappointing. Oversized I’ll-seasoned food for a high price point). The beds and pillows were clean but uncomfortable- very stiff.

The condo was perfect for our trip. Very clean and updated unit. Super comfortable. Will definitely book again next time we are in the area.

As described, met expectations

This property was great! It was super close to the ski resort (Granby), very clean, and just what we needed for two adults and kids. Camille was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely book it again.

Very nice condo. Very comfortable beds, close to Granby Ranch Ski Area and hosts are very communicative and helpful. The only downside, and it was very minor, was the kitchen was a little short on pans and silverware.

Overall everything was great! Cozy condo, great location and very clean. A few minor things that need to be fixed in the condo but nothing that affected our stay. I wish we would have known the hot tubs were outside to be better prepared. Would stay here again. Thank you!

We stayed at the condo for a weekend stay in Granby. The unit was very clean and Cozy. Unit was close to everything . Host was very assesible for any questions. I would definitely recommend!
