Stayed Apr 10, 2023The condo is furnished beautifully and has everything you need for your stay. I contacted the owner before I arrived and when I got there and always received a very quick response. The view of the river from the balcony is wonderful. There is always activity to keep you interested, including dolphins right below you. The neighborhood is very quiet, but stores, restaurants and beaches are just a short drive away in Marco Island and Naples. I would love to stay here again.

Stayed Feb 4, 2023Imagin waking up every morning and looking at pleasure boats coming and going on water smack in front of you! This property delivers that and so much more. First class, roomy surroundings looking across to Marco Island. Good fishing too. Will return first chance we get. Fantastic host!

Stayed Jul 7, 2021This was the perfect vacation spot for 6 weeks in Isle of Capri. It's private, very quiet, and has everything you would want for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is well stocked so cooking is a breeze. It's a lovely place and the owner Brooke is both accessible and accommodating. The beachy interior is much more tastefully and minimally decorated than many places in Florida, and adds to a very welcoming and easygoing vibe. Highly recommended and would stay again!
