Gorgeous Top Floor Penthouse! On The Beach! Amazing Views! Close To Everything!

The beaches here are beautiful and the property owner, Chris was always very helpful. He answered my questions immediately and gave us useful information. I definitely would recommend this place for a nice get a way.

Everything was great! Very clean, amazing view, within walking distance to several restaurants/entertainment venues. Our family of 5 slept comfortably with the extra pull out beds for the kids. Chris was a wonderful host and we felt welcomed the second we walked in - he was also very responsive with his communications anytime we had a questions on/off the resort. Will definitely stay with him again! Picture of breakfast on the balcony from my walk to Parlor Doughnuts!

Everything was amazing! As soon as we walked in, the view was breathtaking and the atmosphere felt very welcoming. Chris was on top of everything, responded back quickly, and made sure our stay was everything and more. Highly recommend!

Clean & perfect for what we were looking for

Communication was beyond amazing! Condo was clean and had all the extra touches you need on vacay. Master bed is very comfy. AC works great. Kitchen very well equipped. On site parking pass included with stay. Laundry on premises if needed. Cute little shop in lobby for anything you want or forgot. View from the balcony is gorgeous and beach access is right there. I will stay in this condo for any future Destin staying!!

We enjoyed our stay, the condo had the best view of the beautiful water! Super cute, comfy bed, had some snacks and wine for our arrival. Communication with owner was great, always there to help! Despite construction going on all around the condos we did not have any issues during our visit. The location was great, tons of places to eat and other activities right around us.

Great view! Perfect layout inside! Had construction going on so lots of the amenities were closed & it was noisy but the owner had no control over this at all. His responsibilities were perfect!! ❤️

This was hands down the best experience! The owner Chris, made everything perfect for us. Check-in & out was easy, he even let us have a later checkout which really helped out. We had everything we could possibly want or need, best stocked condo I have ever stayed in. It was our Anniversary & we were welcomed with a gift basket & a bottle of wine. The Beach views were absolutely breathtaking!! Excellent Condo & definitely will be back! We highly recommend!

The property was beautiful and wel kept. It was very clean and the view was amazing. The property owner was fabulous to amswer any questions we may have had and was the hostess with the mostess. Will definerly return for a visit in the future thats for sure.
