Beautiful location - fabulous condo! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. Beautiful remodel, comfortable furniture and beds- all with easy access to a great beach! Lina checked in with us and offered suggestions for activities - great, thoughtful host! We hope to be back soon.

We had a fantastic stay! The host reached out to us several times to ensure our stay was perfect. The condo is clean, comfortable, and has many extra amenities. The fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony is what puts this rental over the top! I can’t wait to go back again!

The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The complex was nice and quiet. Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. View from the third floor is awesome! The host was very friendly, available and knowledgeable of the area. 10 out of 10 recommend! We will definitely be back.

Kim’s condo is absolutely gorgeous and the views are stunning! Well stocked with everything we needed and more. Recently updated and extremely clean. Quiet area right on the beach. Sunrise views are breathtaking! Kim was the most fabulous host ever, super helpful with recommendations and kept in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed from beginning to end. Highly highly recommend and hoping to come again soon!

This place is fantastic. It is immaculately clean. The location is perfect. The owner is very communicative and helpful.Internet was pretty slow, and for the price point i dont think i should have had to take the trash to the dumpster. That aside, the furnishings were super comfy, and everything i could want in a rental was available . Im so glad we stayed here and i am super relaxed for it! Ty for having us!

This property is absolutely beautiful and so well appointed. We loved everything about the condo, especially the quietness of the building’s location and views of the beach! Kim is a wonderful and so very helpful host. She went out of her way to let us know of events happening during our stay including a space launch we watched from the balcony. We will definitely plan another trip to this lovely condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in Kim‘s beachfront condo. Everything was spotless. The condominium has many little thoughtful touches. Kim was a very good communicator and check-in was super easy. The view of the beach is amazing.

Our stay at Kim’s condo was fantastic. I would highly recommend both the condo and Jax Beach. Kim was a very responsive, informative and friendly host for our stay. All was exactly as described in the listing. The pool was refreshing and the location to the beach was perfect. Myself and friends would definitely go back again! The only negative was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was so welcoming and felt like home. My husband and I enjoyed the fabulous view from the balcony. The living area had a comfortable atmosphere which included a huge tv that he was able to watch sports. The Oceanside bedroom was perfect with a soft king bed. All of the decorations were perfect. Honestly, the condo was absolutely perfect. We highly recommend the condo. Kim, the owner was very helpful for recommendations of restaurants and activities. Dona, the housekeeper was so helpful and friendly. My granddaughter was able to visit and she loved the pool!

Everything promised and more!From covered, secure parking, to easy entry, updated and very comfortable furnishings, beds and beach furniture. The place is spotless, well-organized and very well equipped! Appliances and washer/dryer, coffee maker and accessories are virtually new. Deck offers a great view of the beach (only steps away) and lots of places to eat are within easy walks. The beach is wide, with clean white sand, lifeguards and great swimming. This is a place well visit again and again!

I’ve never stayed in condo so well stocked with the little things that you end up having to buy! Kim was an amazing host has great tips and ideas! We had a great time!

Our stay at this oceanfront condo was absolute perfection from start to finish. The view was stunning—those sunrises alone are worth the trip! The space was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with a truly relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind.One of the biggest surprises was how well-stocked the kitchen was—finally, a rental with decent pots and knives! Everything we needed was there and then some. The beds were very comfortable, and every detail showed care and thoughtfulness.The hostess went above and beyond, offering spot-on local recommendations and making sure we had everything we could possibly need. The location is super convenient—Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Publix, and even Target are all within 5 miles.We’re already planning to make this a yearly tradition. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable 2 bedroom unit with a spectacular view of the beach!

I couldn’t recommend Kim’s place any higher. I would give it 10 stars if possible. Everything is even better than the pictures show. My jaw dropped when I walked in and saw the expansive ocean as soon as you walk in. The place was so clean, fully stocked with nice dishes, glasses, towels, linens. (Not that common in my experience w/ some rentals) all the beach chairs and towels easily accessible and ready to go. Less than 3 minute walk to the ocean. Sitting on the balcony watching the waves and sunsets every day was just incredible. Check in and out and comms we’re smooth. Kim is an ideal host. We will be back.

Great location right on the beach. Plenty of room in the unit and walking distance to restaurants downtown and the pier. Host was very helpful and check in was very easy. We really enjoyed our long weekend getaway.

Nice place to stay for 2, maybe four people. Little small. Excellent oceanfront view. Building and condo has some age on it, but the condo is in very good condition. Kim, the host and owner, is excellent with communication. Just stayed a few days to see family. Would recommend.

My family and I were in town for a wedding and found this property very close to the venue. It was a wonderful location, excellent setup for my family, and a great value. Having the extra space of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was so nice.

Kim, the owner, has taken so much care to insure that those of us who visit feel like a personal guest... She has thought of everything right down to mayonaise and mustard packets for sandwiches that means we didn't have to buy them. The bed is comfy, as are the chairs and sofas--there is a pocket door for privacy in the master suite--convenient lamp-tables for putting coffee on as you watch the sunrises and ever-changing sea. Games--bananagram is my favorite; coolers and beach chairs tucked away in case we needed them. The kitchen was well-equipped. The condo is lovely--would recommend it and hopefully will be able to stay in it again. It did become a home away from home.

This property is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The property was pristine - including not only the condo but the entire property. It was equipped with everything you could want - and more. The location was perfect for what we needed and the view was exceptional. Kim is the best host I have ever dealt with. She was super responsive and very helpful. I can’t recommend this property enough. If I am ever back in the area, I would definitely stay here again. I can’t recommend it enough! Property is great. Everything was readily accessible. Views were beautiful. It was a part of the beach that was not too crowded. We'd stay again.

The condo was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully furnished with more extras than any other condo I’ve stayed in. Kim provided beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, a tent, cooler and a wagon to take it all to the beach! Kim checked on us several times to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. It was a joy to stay in her lovely condo.

We absolutely loved this little slice of Heaven! The cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Kim was a great host, checked on us and gave us recommendations. Not having to bring beach furniture was great but even more so that they were high quality. We’re already planning our next trip back!

The condo is very, very nice. Kim thought of everything. All the extras were there. My family and I had a wonderful time. It is so convenient to everything. You can do as much or as little as you want. Some in the family was active and others just sat on the balcony and watched the view.

our two day stay ended up being really one full day but we would have happily stayed a week - great location!
