GORGEOUS GROUND FLOOR UNIT, NEW CUSTOM BUNK ROOM, WALK OUT TO RESORT STYLE POOL!

What a lovely, updated, and clean stay! You cannot beat the location being walk out with pool ahead, food and drinks at the cafe at pool, and walk ability to beach, live music, restaurants, and shops! Host Laurie was very accommodating and gave recommendations on restaurants ahead of time.

This condo is truly a fabulous location! Walk right out to the pool, and only a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Easy and so convenient with kids! 5 minute walk to the villages where there are restaurants and shops, and bike rental opportunities. Comfortable and clean and a fabulous master bath/shower! Laurie, the owner, is super helpful and responsive if you need anything during your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

This is a lovely condo! I stayed in February and the weather was 32* when I landed in FL. I used the fireplace frequently and loved the cozy warmth that enhanced my stay! Even though the water in the pool in February was cold, I still love water exercise. Just steps away from the patio is the huge, gorgeous pool. I did water walking on the pool steps up to my knees, a great exercise! The beach was so close that I enjoyed walking in the surf as well. The sunsets were fantastic! I did not lack for anything whether beach towels or kitchen utensils. I did purchase an inexpensive meat thermometer for cooking steaks :) I adored the master bathroom! Exactly what I love with the glass shower and soaking tub! The bunk room is a joy for children. Games in the living room console entertained them too! Seacrest Resort has plenty of bike racks and streets to ride and enjoy the neighborhood. I would love to return again! I highly recommend this condo!

Shops nearby were great. It was a bit too cool outside for the pool (water was freezing) but it was enjoyable for a quick relaxing vacation.

Condo was as described. So nice having the pool out the back door yet beach and dinner spots walkable. This was our first time to 30a and we loved this location being what felt like in the middle of it all.

We stayed here to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday and overall had a great experience. The location is ideal—right between Rosemary and Alys Beach, with easy shuttle access or a short walk to the beach. We also loved being so close to the pool and enjoyed coffee each morning on the patio overlooking the fountain.Laurie, the host, was excellent—she communicated well, offered great recommendations, and responded quickly when I reached out.That said, there are some details that kept this from being five stars. The property didn’t feel as clean as expected upon arrival (dirt on the front door, sticky entry, and a cabinet stain in the bathroom). Laurie had these issues addressed right away, which I appreciated, but the front entry never got cleaned and first impressions matter. I stayed in the bunk room and the ceiling fan remote was missing—reported but never resolved.A few logistical details could also be improved. Check-in instructions didn’t mention needing to pick up wristbands and a parking pass (a bit confusing since bands were also in the unit). Supplies were very limited—two soaps, two dish tabs, two laundry pods, and not enough toilet paper for four women over five nights. Not major issues, but helpful to note so guests can plan ahead.Overall, this is a comfortable stay in a prime location with a very responsive host. With a little more attention to cleaning, check-in details, and stocking basics, it would easily be a five-star experience.

Great location to everything in Rosemary Beach

Location was more than ideal from property to the proximity to the pool. It was cozy and clean and had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous unit! The location was unbeatable! We have stayed on site in other units in the past and we will continue to rebook here for the future. Everyone felt right at home and we had everything that we could have possibly needed. The remodeling that has already been done looks amazing and is stunning. Can’t wait to visit again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Condo is spacious and in a great location for both the beach and pool. Bunk room was perfect for the kids and 2nd bedroom was great for grandparents. Sonos speakers were a nice touch.

We've stayed here before, and now—after a beautiful renovation—it’s even better than we remembered! The location is truly the best in Seacrest Villas. Step out the back door and you're just feet from the most desirable section of the pool. Lounge chairs get scooped up quickly, but when you're only steps away, you have a major advantage. Honestly, it’s hard to overstate how incredible it is to be in one of the few condos with such prime pool access. Whether it's a bathroom break, a quick snack, a cold drink, or just a few minutes of shade, everything you need is steps away.The condo itself is in excellent condition—beautifully furnished, spotless, and everything is brand new and in perfect working order. The owner was incredibly thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed. Her support team was attentive and responsive throughout our stay.If you're new to Rosemary Beach, you’ll love the location of these villas—just a short walk to the beach (or hop on the tram), and close to all the best shops and restaurants. This condo is truly a hidden gem. We can't recommend it enough!

Wonderful stay! We’ve been to Seacrest many times, first time though on a first floor walk out to the pool and it was incredible. The owner was very welcoming from the point we booked and throughout our stay for any questions we had. We had 3 generations of family in this unit and the accommodations were perfect.

The Host was always available BEFORE our stay to answer any and all questions ! That was HUGE for me as a “new to VRBO-er”. Unit was clean and so convenient to the pool area as a first floor unit! Decorated bright and white and blues. It was a happy place to spend time with old fraternity friends! Plenty of space for games after home made dinner or just relaxing on the sofa or out back on the patio area! Kitchen stocked with all you need — and just a short walk to get a cocktail or have a worderful dinner ! Thank you!

This location at Villas at Seacrest Beach is excellent for all guests! It is a beautiful villa with a prime location for pool, beach, and entertainment for my family with young children and in-laws. The owner is great with communication and has made great investments in the property. We loved the new master bathroom! We would definitely stay again and would give 6 stars if possible.

The home was spacious for the seven of us and nicely decorated. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Very close to the pool with a large patio. We walked to the beach, restaurants and shopping, but there is also a tram. I recommend renting bikes and visiting the neighboring communities. Peaceful community with well maintained landscaping and pool areas. FYI: Maintenance workers started around 7am every morning.

This is a wonderful home! The living space was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The bunk room was so fun for our kids. And the house opens up to a large pool. It is perfect for a family vacation. The house is also very conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and the beach. You can get to the beach in a 5 minute walk or take a 1 minute tram ride. Alys and Rosemary are both only a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend!!!

we truly enjoyed our stay. condo was as advertised. we had everything we needed and then some.would not hesitate to stay there again.

The location was truly perfect for our family of 5 with 3 young children. We've stayed at a few places in this area over the years and I can't praise enough the value of having a unit on the pool. Absolutely no concerns about noise or anything even being so close to the pool!
