Stayed Nov 8, 2025Great location! Literally 50 steps to the beach as stated in description. So many folks taking family pics on the beach and even 2 weddings right on the beach. Beautiful to see the sunrise and sunset from the porch!

Stayed Aug 30, 2025Very close beach access. Very clean property. Decorated so nicely. The only complaint we had were the mattresses but as we were checking out, the cleaning crew were bringing in new mattresses.

Stayed Aug 25, 2025This property was perfect for our 5 day family vacation! The decor is really cute the view is stunning! Perfect area it was very quiet and peaceful! The beach is private until 5pm which I loved! We are absolutely going to stay here again!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Everything was just as it was listed. Owner was great to work with and was more than cordial. The only thing renters need to be aware of is you can not use personal umbrellas or pop ups as the beach area is private. Thus you must rent from the beach rental company. And of course it is pricey. If you choose to use your personal beach umbrellas you will be required to go to the public beach area.

Stayed Oct 30, 2024All was good except for the sliding door to the patio. It would stick when opening or closing and you would have to lift it to get it to move. Very difficult. Also the condo above had two dogs barking and running. Hard enough to shake the ceiling fan. Can’t control other tenants. They apologized. But we couldn’t sit on patio due to aggressive barking at us. We left a day early due to the issues.

Stayed Sep 2, 2024We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the ease of being able to walk right out to the beach without elevators and lots of stairs. Our girls loved the room decorations and the bunks. The pool was right out of the front door so we didn’t waste any time being able to get to the beach or pool. A September stay was very laid back and not as many people so we had the pool to ourselves several times. I wish the master bed had a softer mattress but my husband thought it was fine. Overall we are could definitely recommend and go back.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024I enjoyed being on the main floor for once with great access to the beach. This is a central location that was easy to get to many things around. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
