Gorgeous & cozy beachfront condo with pool & beach access

Location, location, Location. View was gorgeous, very quiet and close to all sorts of amenities.

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the condo!

Checking in to Jade East was an easy process. Information was emailed in a timely manner. However, parking passes and bracelets are required to stay on the property. I would suggest that parking passes be left in the Condo to avoid citations. Also, there should be a plentiful amount of bracelets. We were short several and made the property manager aware. Location of Condo is fantastic! A short walking distance to the beach. Condo was clean and comfortable for our group.

Enjoyed it very much. However never could get the dishwasher to work so we washed everything by hand.The balcony sliding glass door on left from den had caulking that wasn’t dried and 2 year old kept getting into it.Everything else was great and we hope to stay there in the future

We absolutely loved the location, as we are longtime, beachfront fans! We particularly enjoyed that we had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so that everyone could have their privacy and downtime. The shower off the main bedroom was heavenly! Just a few areas, however, needed attention: 1) The bedroom trash can (near the entrance) had not been emptied before our arrival. 2) The dishwasher was broken before our arrival, but maintenance knew because they arrived shortly after we checked in. It was not repaired during our visit. 3) None of the bathrooms' shampoo, conditioner and body wash had been refilled before our arrival. 4) Finger- and handprints (perhaps belonging to a little one, judging by the height) were quite visible on the left window near the TV in the common area. 5) The chaise lounge chair had some sort of stain with Dorito chips' crumbs under it. Still, our overall visit was fun. And we were safe and happy!

Our rental was lovely, just as pictured. The small inconveniences were no shampoo /conditioner/soap in master shower, the fan controller in the family area was concealed by a picture frame, and the kitchen was not stocked with enough silverware (forks) or large enough skillets to accomodate 10 guests. Those issues were miniscule, compared to the beauty of the unit. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful view, easily accessible, master bedroom is in dire need of new mattress and bedding, worn completely out! Bedding was stained and worn out

We had a fantastic family vacation at this beachfront condo! The location couldn't be better, providing easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The condo was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Check-in was a breeze. Traveling with our children and grandchildren, we found the condo to have everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of skillets, although a few more pots would have been helpful for cooking larger meals. One of the highlights was the excellent security. The locked gates both at the entrance and at the beach gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The only downside was the slow internet. It's unclear whether this was an issue with the condo or the property itself. Additionally, AT&T service was spotty inside the condo and even worse on the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider returning for another stay!

Would definitely stay here again. The condo is nice and spacious for our family of 8 adults.
