Gorgeous Beachfront 2BR/2BA Aegean Resort Condo

The bathrooms are dated and there is only a bar top table with 4, uncomfortable, bar top chairs on the back patio. Would be nice to have comfortable and more furniture options for such a large patio.

The condo smelled nice and clean when we arrived. The only thing that the cleaning crew forgot was sweeping the dirty and sand on the balcony. As others have mentioned in their reviews, it would've been nice if the construction going on in the complex was mentioned by the owners. I have a small child I pulled in a wagon to the beach and that made it a bit difficult. But the sidewalks look like they will be very nice only completed. We have been going to the Aegean for over 30 years and love the complex and location. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

The only negatives I would note is the tub in the master is older than me (67) and needs to be replaced. It was odd the master had no bathroom but we managed. We had the best vacation! Condo was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The property itself was under construction so the walk to the beach was not as assessable but not bad!

This condo ideally would be great! It is in an excellent location and the condo is very clean and has all the things you need. It has a washer and dryer, pots and pans for cooking, they added curtains to the living room to block light, beds are comfy, and beach access is right there. However, owners are not honest about the condition of the condo and the MAJOR renovations that are going on. The reason we picked this location was not only was it close to the beach but that it had a pool too. The pool was out of commission and the community grill area as well. The brick walkways were being pulled up and more than half the condos were being worked on. You had jackhammers going off all day! When I questioned the owners why they had these amenities listed when they cannot be used they said they do not update the listing for maintenance repairs. This was far more than maintenance repairs! This was major renovations happening. As I was taking pictures of the condos conditions a different owner noticed and came out to talk to me. He said he would never rent out his condo right now in the state that it is in, he agreed that it was unfair and that the homeowners association should have made that a rule during all the property renovations. He did not know when they would be complete as they have been doing the renovations now for over a year and a half. Do yourself a favor and do not rent this location until 2028.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Aegean. It's such a peaceful, beautiful place and the view is amazing. There is continuing construction going on, but it wasn't a problem. We had quick responses to a couple of questions/minor maintenance issues. We plan to be back!

The construction / renovation work at the entire site was a surprise. I guess I was supposed to know about that.

Great room for a relaxing time.

We’ve been staying at the Aegean for the last 10 years. Our normal condo is under construction so we downsized this time. This condo is great for a family. I noticed another reviewer mentioned the lack of curtains and any tables in the living room. I was hoping that was addressed but we faced the same issue. Florida sun with no curtains meant that it was almost always 77-80 degrees in the condo during the day and into the early evening. The AC couldn’t keep up. Other than that it was clean and nicely decorated. This condo doesn’t come with any additional items for cooking, just be aware that if you cook at condo, you’re starting from scratch. Overall, this was a great stay!

Just a few suggestions....curtains are needed in the main area for the person who sleeps on the sofa as well as help with the heat. Electrical outlets need to be replaced.....everything you plug in falls out. Overall loved the condo with gulf view and will definitely stay again. The Aegean is our favorite place to stay.
