Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has a great view from the balcony. Can watch all of the action below in the pool and green space. A very pretty ocean view as well. A note for the property owners - door could use a safety latch so that small children can’t let themselves out. The toaster is broken, and the hall bathroom needs help! We were constantly having to fix the inside compartment for the toilet tank to refill. Otherwise, the condo was great - clean and comfortable and spacious compared to other condos at silver dunes. We enjoyed our stay very much and can’t wait to come back. We do plan to rebook this same unit for next year!

Third generations are now returning because of the layout of a huge green space in the middle of the property, fun activities like smores around the pool, and mostly because of the welcoming attitude of the Silver Dunes staff.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our room was very poorly cleaned. We still had dirty towels from previous guests. The owner of this condo needs to do some serious repairs. There was a large hole in the ceiling of the closet. In the other corner there was a big spot of mold. Missing or damaged t molding on the floors. Would not stay in this unit again.

Floors were dirty, not all linens were made available, dishes were still dirty. Also, be careful exiting the pool using the shallow end steps, they're very slippery. Several people slipped and fell. Dangerous!

The atmosphere and lay-out of Silver Dunes is top notch. Pool, grassy knoll, straight to the beach. It's safe, quiet, accommodating, and the most family friendly environment. We have already booked for next year and are counting down the days til our return.
