Located within the gated Amelia Island Plantation, this property gives you special access to the AIP community's beloved 1,340-acre paradise. Find inspiration in the peaceful maritimeforests, tidal salt marshes, and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are conveniently offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. You can also make the drive north into the historic downtown of Fernandina Beach to explore the charming shops and dining options. Various state parks are within a short 15-minute drive too, including Ft. Clinch and Talbot Island State Parks.

This three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is the perfect setting for a beach getaway and has been beautifully decorated and well-stocked. Plus, it's pet friendly (details below) so you don't have to leave your fur baby at home! All of this for a great rate!

For the golfer, there are courses right on the Plantation as well as mid- and north island. For the adventurer, excursions are available through the nearby Omni nature center and there are opportunities to kayak, surf, sail, and boat with many vendors on the island. When finishing a great day, come back to the condo and enjoy the complimentary high-speed WiFi and watching your favorite show on the flat-screen TVs.

As part of this rental, a custom digital guidebook is provided with thorough property information and a local area guide sharing our favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! Excitingly, our guests are also eligible to receive a 15% discount on beach gear rentals.

*Please note that only dogs are considered and they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required per dog and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.

    We loved the short walk to the beach and the walking and bike paths. We also loved that everything you needed was accessible from the entrance at the Omni. Restaurants, a wine shop, a breakfast bar, etc. We will be back again For sure!

    We had a wonderful time staying at this property in March. Though the extremely windy weather did not cooperate much for the beach or pool we had an awesome time on the property with its amazing location. The campus is vast and there are so many walking and biking trails. So pretty! For young families there is much to do with the Nature Center, mini golf and bicycles to rent. The shops and restaurants on campus are a great amenity.The unit has gorgeous views, was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. We would love to come back to this property in the future.

    Enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and updated. We liked that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Directions should be followed exactly as it is very confusing to find initially. The name listed on the condo is the only inaccuracy. Communication was good when I reached out to ask questions. Plenty of amenities!

    Reservation and check were completely smooth. The condo is direct ocean front and the view over the dunes to the ocean was very nice. The walking trails around the unit are fabulous as well as the beach and pool area. There are dining options within an easy walk as well. The unit has been updated nicely including the baths, flooring, bedding and super plush towels. Internet was fast and the TV was very easy to work. Kitchen was nicely appointed with all a full set of tableware and dishes. Nice coffee options as well. Furniture was comfortable and roomy. Several outlets have been updated with USB ports as well. The king bed is firm. The queen bed is more plush. We did not sleep in the room with the twin beds. The unit is three levels, so guest need to be able to go up and down the stairs to get to the bathrooms and bedrooms. There were a few items which need some attention. The front door does not have a dead bolt, the locking mechanism is in need of repair. If the sliders to the patio are open and the ocean breezes come through, the front door can open. The freezer handle is very loose and you need to pull the freezer open using the sides of the drawer, the patio slider handle is very loose which needs repair. The unit is overall clean, however attention could be added to the bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Overall, I highly recommend this unit as a wonderful place to stay while enjoying all that Amelia Island has to offer !

    The property was great with a tremendous location. The condo itself is in dire need of some TLC. Looks like the current owners bought it in 2019 but it definitely hasn't been updated in over 20yrs (curtains are from the 70s) and looked like it hasn't been painted in over 10yrs and it desperately needed a deep clean. There were dirt/cobwebs older than my youngest teen! Also, the front door sill looked like the door had been broken into or kicked in at some point which didn't give me the warmest feeling, but the property overall seemed very safe and the view/location can't be beat!
