Completed in 2022, this luxurious residence provides guests a front-row seat to gorgeous sunrises and the pristine Pacific ocean just steps away. The Hapuna Beach Residences are located adjacent to the Westin Hapuna Hotel, providing guests the best of both worlds with access to the world class hotel facilities (for an additional fee), but with the luxury to retreatto your own private residence and the comforts of a home.

A26 has a floorplan that is highly desirable and unique within the development. Larger than most two-bedrooms and comprising 1,612 square feet of living space, A26 features an oversize master bedroom suite with a king bed, premium ocean view, sitting area, walk-in closet, large bathroom with soaking tub, and wall-to-wall retractable glass doors that disappear to allow you to meld with the beautiful ocean scenery. Another great feature of A26's floor-plan is the open concept kitchen and living space that allows for unobstructed views of the beach from the kitchen and a great space for families to gather. There is a second guest bedroom perfect for the kids with a bunk bed (twin over full) and another full bathroom across the hallway with a shower. The guest bedroom also offers a work space for guests who work remotely. A high quality twin-size foldaway bed is also available to sleep up to six people comfortably. Other features include a dedicated laundry room with washer & dryer, central air conditioning, wifi, and 24-hour security.

Guests of Hapuna Beach Residences A26 may purchase daily resort access to enjoy all facilities and amenities at at both the Mauna Kea and Westin Hapuna Resorts. Access must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay and covers all registered guests in the unit. Please note: This privilege is offered directly by Mauna Kea Resort, and South Kohala Management is not responsible for any changes to resort services or amenities. Rates are as follows:

    Stunning condo with unmatched views and perfect for a family of four. The condo is equipped with high-end appliances and decor and is situated next door to the neighboring Westin Hapuna and its amenities. While you need to purchase a pass for the Westin and Mauna Kea, it is absolutely worthwhile. We will return again, no question. Communication on how to enter the condo could have been better and since we were checking in late at night, we were a little concerned. In the end though, the property manager called a couple of times and we got what we needed in time.

    This condo was exactly like the pictures show and more! The view was spectacular all day and sunset. The unit was clean and well maintained. Beach, pool and resort access was great -- condo living with resort amenities. I can see why this unit is always sold out.

    Tasteful, soothing interior finishes, very comfortable furniture, best view EVER from either balcony, and listening to the waves while falling asleep and awakening is pure magic. Very well appointed kitchen, though a welcome perk would be some basic things such as olive oil, sugar, soy sauce, but can also appreciate potential concern about hygiene. LOVE the beach chairs and the WAGON was a wonderful surprise to transport groceries from the car, and beach gear to various beaches, not just the beach outside the condo.The resort is beautiful, spacious. Lots of cozy nooks to sit quietly and take in the view, read, contemplate life, on swinging benches, chairs, and various other comfy furniture in the open lobby/terrace areas, all were usually unoccupied. The fitness center was a nice surprise, well kitted out with 24/7 access. The outdoor lounge furniture on the deck outside the fitness center was an unexpected surprise and lovely garden-style area to just spend time, read, or work on the laptop.Highly recommend this unit, the management, and the resort.

    This is a GREAT spot in all respects. First, everything spotless. Communication was virtually instantaneous on any questions. They even managed to get us in to the unit two hours early, which was incredibly appreciated! There is everything you need in terms of supplies,and also a decent assortment of oils, spices and sundries that it is helpful not to have to buy. The unit has an awesome view of the beach and we spent every morning sipping coffee on the balcony. Beds were comfy, huge TV, and a truckload of beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Washer/Dryer were very useful though they only handle small loads. We would definitely return, and would definitely be very happy to work with South Kohala Management on this ir any other rental. Thank you!,

    Ideally located at beautiful Hapuna Beach. Very clean condo with large master suite. Comfortable sitting areas with great views. Enjoyed Westin restaurants which were conveniently located next door to the condo.

    We have stayed at this property prior to it being turned into private condos. The location is the best on the big island. The sunsets from this property were amazing. If we could have stayed longer, we would have. The amenities and the beach are perfect. Snorkeling from right outside from the beach was perfect. No reason for excursions when staying at this property. We will be back.
